Relax and Repair
This isn't a rsh job as the are of Kintsugi needs to be done at a slow pace and pieced together in a slow pace of relaxation. So your not going to be gluing this quickly or all at once in one go unless you have a couple of hours to spare. The art is beauty in imperfection and as the epoxy glue sets quickly, you only should be doing almost a break at a time and within 3 minutes of mixing the pigment and the glue together in the bowl provided. So small squeezes of glue and mix as fast as possible, then apply ad hold. The sey comes complete with pigments, a mixing bowl, glue, gloves and lollipop sticks

Potty repair kit
This product looks good and it comes with a kit how to use it. It also comes with four colours. I haven’t had chance to use yet but I am looking forward to have a go in the future

Great for Marble Repair!
I used the Repair Kit to fix the corner of my marble diner table, and it worked wonderfully. I didn’t use the color from kit instead I use white to match the marble. The application was easy, and the repair is seamless—it’s barely noticeable and blends well with the marble. The fact that the kit is food-safe is a bonus for a dining table. I’m really pleased with how it turned out and highly recommend it for marble, ceramics, or glass repairs!

Good quality but no instructions
Seems to be good quality and cheaper than some other similar products, but could have done with instructions.

Terrible dispenser which does not deliver equal amounts.
I hate the dispenser. The mixture does not come out evenly, gushed out, far too much to use in one go, went solid before I could use it. Then dried on the surface and I then couldn’t fit the pieces together, had to bin the pot.

Lovely way to repair broken ceramics.
Very easy to mix up and apply. The instructions are clear and you get everything you need in the pack. Price is about right for a kit like this as the amount of epoxy you get included. Nice range of metallic colours and produces a lovely finish.Works fine for decorative pieces, but I wouldn't use this with dishes intended to eat from. As a craft, it is very easy to do and a lot of fun. Ideal beginner's kit for people who want to have a go.

kintsugi kit
This kintsugi kit contains epoxy glue, mica powders in a range of golds and silver, stir sticks, gloves and a little silicone mixing bowl. The glue works well but it only has a working time of 1-2 mins which means you can only mix a tiny amount at a time as you have to hold the piece you’ve glued in place until it sets, by which time any glue left in the mixing bowl has already gone off and is unusable, so this makes it a bit fiddly if you have a piece to repair that has multiple pieces to stick back together. I would recommend having a go with a piece that it doesn’t matter if you don’t do a great job with first to get an idea of working with this. I’ve done a couple of pieces and they look reasonable, my first attempt was a bit wonky and blobby as I put too much glue in the cracks, you need way less than you think. Otherwise a nice craft project to have a go with.

Not traditional but effective.
Kintsugi originates from Japan incorporating philosophy and acceptance that broken is the scars of life and that by highlighting in gold not only showcases but also adds beauty. Traditionary broken ceramics were put back together using Lacquered Gold, the far easier, far quicker and far more cost effective is todays Resin infused with Gold Mica powders. The kit contains a 2 part epoxy glue resin, the plunger ensures the correct equal measures. Add to the silicon cup then the powder of your choice with 3 different golds and one silver the choice is yours. Personally I like silver for white and cream to pastel colours and then the various golds for darker ceramics. The repair is intended to be functional but to also embrace that that there is often beauty in what's broken. Its a great repair kit which has a tremendous amount of history that is well worth reading up on. I would definitely recommend this kit.
