Had a very bad situation for 3/4 days when my sleep was getting disturbed at about 3am and resulted in drowsiness throughout the day to follow. Posting this after using it for seven days now. It is good for a person with light sleep. It won't make u sleep faster. It takes about an hour to kick in. But once you fall asleep, you wake up straight in the morning feeling fresh. It provides deep sleep of atleast 5 hours.It has a good flavour. I like it.
