Q: Does the mouse have functions assigned to the buttons by default? Or do the buttons just not work if you don't have the Elecom software. e.g. on Linux

I just tested on Raspbian, the F1-3 are unassigned by default. I haven't tried to map anything to these yet. The regular buttons all work as normal.
