The theracane is a must for anyone with tension & muscle aches because you can find the exact spot & apply pressure you can handle!The different points on the cane are for different body parts (such as the neck/either side of the spine) and the curve makes it perfect to release tension and aches from your back and glutes. I can't live without mine!This was another one I've purchased for a friend. Delivery was quick, the product is timeless and a god send!The only gripe is the price, 3 years ago I bought this from another supplier for £10, now all suppliers have increased their price by 100%, but still worth it.

Game changer.It big and bulky and annoying round the house but less annoying than my moaning. I don't have to ask my husband for shoulder rubs any more and it reaches tricky spots that a massage ball just doesn't.Save me tons on chiropractor/osteopaths.If like me, you hold your stress in your shoulders then it's the best money you'll ever spend.

This product was recommended by my chiropractor. I have bought a few electric massage tools. They are nice and comfortable, but you always feel something is missing. I think that is because the rolling balls can never reach underneath the medial side of the scapula. This product does not look very appealing at first glance, but I think I will give it a try anyway. To my surprise, it works amazingly well. I used the small side to reach the shoulder blade and it give the trigger point precise, firm but comfortably pressure. Whoever ever has the experience of pressing the back against the door frame will know the feeling. The pressure from this tool is so accurate but not aggressive. I have not tried to use it for other areas of the body, which it suppose to do as well, as my main complaint is the upper back. It certainly does the job for me. Money was well spent on this product!

Almost too sturdy in that it doesn’t allow for body shape and size. It certainly allows you to reach muscle knots that you wouldn’t normally be able to reach . A better guide on what to use where would improve the overall experience

Very sturdy and good to use. Bit larger than expected but not disappointed.Would have been fantastic if it came with instructions but picked up some elsewhere instead. Would definitely recommend. Just to add, due to size not very portable so would be not really be suitable to travel with.

Whilst I have a hubby there are still times when no one is around and you have a sore back (or other part of the body)that you cannot easily reach then this tool is a godsend, helps to reach the places you cannot on your own
