Honest Review
My husband put it up in our living room and uses it EVERY SINGLE DAY. He bought it to test his reflexes which have gotten better since practicing on this every time he walks by it. Great quality. Our kids hang from it and pull on it too and it is still in perfect condition.

Gravel and or sand.
Filled with gravel and sand, not liquid. In the in house use, for weight to hold.

Works well
Use sand if possible, it’ll hold more securely than water.

Missing parts
Where are the tie downs that are supposed to be with the counter weight?

Great quality
The size of this is perfect. I filled the bag with sand instead and it weights about 60lbs. Very sturdy and solid material.

Better than nothing
Very difficult to fill completely. The double end bag pulls on the base’s ring inconsistently. Seems like it is throwing off the bags action. I think a big kettle bell would work as well without the flooding risk

Great product I will buy more.
Just as they as advertised. I'm loving it.

firmer tie down changed everything
First a qualifier, my heavy bag is 80lbs and hung from a 10' beam, so quite a bit of swing to start with.I'm 175lbs and in good shape but I don't hit that hard very often, more of a cardio workout.I can't get 50lbs or even 40 lbs of water into it (the bladder is stiff and doesn't seem to fit the case well) So with the lighter weight it tends to slide around on the rubber gym floor.Overall I'm not impressed. I'll use it (since I'm not knocking the heck out of the bag very often) but I wouldn't buy it again. It came to me that a rubbber 45lb plate on the floor would probably have worked better.Update: I used a firmer tie down and it made a huge difference. Update to 4 stars
