Performs as expected and fits very well in the corner space.

I really like this for how simple it is, but it's flimsy.You don't actually need a drill to assemble, the boards are so soft you can force a screw in with a normal screw driver. Once together, it's bendy, (as expected for this type of item) which makes it a bit of a chore to get the first anchor screw in the wall. Once the first is in, it's pretty easy to get the rest.My real complaint is where the anchor screws are designed to be (as with all shelving of this type).I used my own anchor methods, so I could anchor to a stud - to make sure it stayed where I put it.

I've had these floating shelves up for a year and a half now and they look AMAZING! I found the install pretty easy with a cordless drill with screwdriver head. I had a second pair of hands helping me hold pieces in place, but I don't feel that was actually necessary; it was just a convenience. I think it would be perfectly doable solo. I left out one shelf of the five just because it looked better with my furniture that way, and I've gotten compliments from everyone who has seen these shelves. I've had no problems since I installed them. They added some vertical storage to my space, and just look incredibly nice.My only criticism is that the decorative wire sections don't line up perfectly with the wall on one side so there is a small gap behind them, but this is only noticeable up close. Maybe only I can tell since I installed them and know what to look for. They still look so good I really can't take a star off for that. I would buy these again in a heartbeat, and in fact have considered buying different styles for other rooms.

If you're handy and have a knack for DIY furniture and decorations, this project will be a breeze. If you're looking for something with pre-drilled holes and markers, then this isn't the project for you. I had this easily put together on my living room floor within the hour. But like I noted in the first line, there are no pre-drilled holes. The wood is particle and soft enough to screw into by-hand.Each shelf can hold two mugs, and distributes the weight nicely along the wall. I didn't have any issues screwing it into the wall, though I did use drywall screws I had instead of what was provided.

It is pretty and as pictured but even after all assembled and I did the final tightening of all the screws, it seems very wobbly. i think overall it is more “cheap” then durable. Let’s see how it holds up.

Item arrived, but was missing the hardware. I contacted the company and they sent the missing parts immediately- thank you! There are no pre-drilled holes, but it wasn’t a hassle to put together. The shelf space is rather small so just be aware of that. It was perfect for what I needed in the nursery and only used 4 shelves.
