Makes very good Rogan Gosht--as good as my own, in less time.
Everything I have used from El the Cook is excellent.Rogan Gosht is my favorite red meat curry, and the curry paste this company makes is absolutely delicious and it saves me time in the kitchen. It is as good as home-cooked or the best restaurant meals.My family has no idea that I have not made Rogan Gosht completely from scratch in over a year. It tastes that good. I highly recommend this, and really, anything else made by El the Cook.
