Bought for caravan, works great, good light

Firstly the fan is great. I have had it for two years now and it's always worked perfectly and I love the rain sensor. I broke the plastic surround (completely my fault and the surround is very good quality). I contacted customer support and they were great and sent me a replacement surround for free!!!

I LOVE it. Easy to fit into my campervan and easy to operate, very powerful (a friend did a test and blew his enormous vape cloud out of his mouth whilst sat on the floor underneath the fan, with it in the exhale function it pulled it straight out of the van without me even smelling it!) I LOVE the rain sensor as I can leave it open at night knowing that if it rains my van isn’t going to get wet as it closes automatically (and is quiet enough not to wake me). The remote control is a good feature as I can operate it from bed. The mesh is easy to remove for cleaning. Totally recommend this item for the price is so much less than the popular Maxx fans!!

Ok I made a schoolboy error. I didn’t test it before I fitted it. Easy to fit although I had to take about an inch of the inner sleeve due to the depth of my roof.Once fitted simple, 2 wires red and black. Connected up to the old fans supply. Nothing! Does not work. I know have to remove it all including the mastic sealing.If you buy one of these items, test it before you fit it.

Brought this fan a few weeks ago, got it put in the camper van. When connecting it to the electrics we came to realised that the fan does not work. Only use it has is to open it manually with the knob, the electric fan does not work at all.

The features/price point of this roof vent was good so I have 2 fitted to my van. I haven't used it other than to check it works and it does really well. However the other day, I discovered that the plastic protrusions for the hinge bracket for one side have broken, I just found the parts loose. My heart sank thinking of the difficulty involved in changing the lid and would the life guarantee be honoured? I contacted the email and WhatsApp to explain. The email bounced but I got a next day reply from the WhatsApp message and the seller is arranging a replacement. So having been concerned about having a big hole in the roof if the lid broke off, I am relieved to be arranging a solution from the seller. At the end of the day, everything has a risk of failure so the important part is getting it fixed, especially when the product cannot be removed and returned. Also from the pictures vs my unit there is now more support making it stronger. I was concerned about negative reviews but on balance I will be happy once I have changed the lid, the fan and its features are great. I will update my review once I get the fault fixed but as long as there is customer support, I would recommend this unit.

Purchased this fan for my first van build. No regrets whatsoever. Easy to install and operate. Love the built in rain sensor - saved my van on a couple of occasions. Runs quiet enough to operate whilst sleeping. Highly recommended. I will definitely reorder this for my new van build.

Was easy to install, looks good in my camper van and the rain sensor works very well. The remote controller did die after 1 year however the seller very kindly sent replacement for free. Very happy with fan and service and would recommend if you’re after a powerful fan on a budget.
