Hello. I have bought several Benyar watches for myself and as gifts for family. I have never had an issue of not working. They are good looking and reliable watches. My advice is to return this under warranty and request a replacement. Good luck.

It can be seen from the video that the way to adjust the date is to pull the crown out to the first gear and turn it clockwise. Adjust the time: Pull out the crown to the second gear and turn it counterclockwise. In addition, the sub-dial in the watch actually works. Please note that after pressing the start button, you must first press the pause button, and then press the reset button. The small hands will return to zero.
