Identical to my original in my Whirlpool microwave. I had a Sharp for over 30 years until it died and never had a problem. This Whirlpool is less than 3 years old and the ring broke. What's wrong Whirlpool with your quality?

I followed the instructions regarding the size of the wheels, and it works perfectly with my 21-year-old microwave.

The turntable ring in our microwave needed replaced. This one fits and serves our purpose. Pleased with purchase.

The plate in my microwave stopped turning even though the original part seemed ok, the new ring solved the problem.

Perfect fit for my GE 1000 watt Microwave

My turntable ring in the High pointe microwave/convection oven in my camper broke. Original manufacture does not sell replacements. Found this one and asked the seller if it would work in a convection oven. They replied it would but unfortunately it would not fit my oven. Diameter was correct and also wheel size, so I ordered it and it in fact does fit.

The hoop diameter of this product is 1/2" larger than advertised. So it would not fit into the turntable track inside the microwave unit.But I was able to break the rollers from the new hoop and fit them onto the "pins" of the original hoop.Everything now works smoothly as it should.Please correct the dimensions shown in your "brochure", so others won't need to rework or return your product.

Unfortunately the height of the wheels are not tall enough to make the turntable stable. I didn’t have the original one to go by, so I went by the model number of the microwave. Have to search for another one. 😟
