Updated after purchasing again (first purchase and replacement had problems)Grinding is good, happy with dough smoothness and qualityGets hot compared to other grinders used, banking on 5 year warranty.Could get the motor replaced if it feel the same way.Purchased it a couple of days ago, will wait to do a detailed review.1. Looks good, easy to handle2. Dough ground reasonably well3. Motor gets hot quickly within 10-15 mins, watching cautiously. My old grinder would not get hot even up to an hour. Consolation with the new one is, dough is not getting warm, only motor gets warm. May be because it is a new piece, will wait for a few more times use to make up my mind.4. Relatively quietExcept from motor getting hot, the product design seemed good. Quieter and faster, good dough.The unit I got likely had a problem in the motor aside from some minor scratches on the product. I'd have ignored the minor scratches if motor was not getting hot.So getting a replacement unit of the same model is good.Amazon sent me a replacement item, arrived dead. the whole center piece was broke. Waiting for refund after sending the replacement unit back.

After using for 6 months, plastic rod connecting with tightning cap , rotating automatically because plastic square hole because as circled hole. Wrong design by company Engineers, they are supposed keep some licking mechanism to avoid rotation of entire 2-wheel system along with main drum. Because of that granite round stones not rotating, So with a wire i have tighten by supporting from external wall screw.So please change your plastic square lock to metal square lock , so that it will not skid.Can I apply warranty

Since am staying in north India, finding quality wet grinder was great challange. After a long search I decided to buy this one. Really worth the money. Their service centre also easily approachable. After using this grinder more than a year, am Happy with the product.thank you prestige.

The media could not be loaded. This product is a failure. No one is able to identify what is wrong with the product. They changed the belt, find that the motor is running fine and yet I am unable to use it. Totally disappointed by prestige. The Jaipur office promised to respond on the complaint however no response. If prestige is reading this, my complaint number is JAIP680765855290. I have also attached the video which was taken just one day after the belt was changed. If you are such a good company with great customer service, I request you to either take this product or give me an exchange for something else which works properly.Amazon did not accept my previous review on the same product because according to them my language was not appropriate. I hope this time my review will be posted.Hereafter I do not think I am either going to recommend or purchase another TTK product. Sorry to say that, but it's a chasing a company expedition, which I do not have time for.
