I’ve bought this 9 months ago and have used it a couple dozen times since then. I like to stock up on meat when it’s on sale or clearance and freeze it. For umpteen years, I used Reynold's freezer paper but it's gotten more expensive, difficult to find, and more than that it's generally a pain in the pass to use. Inevitably, the box broke, the cutter didn't work, or the paper tore. The whole process was arduous and time-consuming. I found myself avoiding having to do it and sometimes had to throw something away. I was wary of buying this cutter and paper because of the price and because I was used to the really thick Reynold's paper and felt like it must be better since it was so thick. This is so much easier to use that I no longer dread and avoid the process. I can cut the paper one-handed most of the time and have had no issues with the cutter being dull. I also have actually been pleased with the fact that the paper is thinner because it's much easier to work with because it's not so stiff and hard to fold. Even if I use more paper, I figure I am actually saving money because of how much paper got wasted and love how much times it saves.

Wrapping meat

I am very pleased with the meat wrapper I ordered from Amazon. It arrived on time and there were no problems with the items I ordered. And I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to wrap their own meat. I already had an 18 inch wrapper that I also got from amazon and now with this 15 inch wrapper I am able to buy meat while on sale and I also order meat from my local butcher at a tremendous savings cut it myself and then wrap it myself at home. The paper is not very expensive at all and I can freezer wrap it the way I want it done. Next on my list is to purchase a mid range grinder and stop paying over $4.00 a pound for hamburger meat

Absolutely one of the best piece of processing/packing pieces I have bought. Like all of my LEM products this works very well and if you do your butchery and grinding this is a must have.

Of course the stand is the best part. It’s all very sturdy. Just you have to to pull down the two levers pretty far or it’s finger pinching time. Probably should’ve read the directions.Awesome, though, once I got the paper in.
