Golden CareTeak Protector - 3 Liter

I bought this old (40 years?) teak table and chairs. It was structurally in good shape but very badly weathered. It had so much build up I had to power wash it. I then gave it a good scrubbing with a mixture of bleach and water. Once it dried, sanded it using a power sander. I applied 4 coats of Golden Care teak protector waiting 24 hours between coats. The set looks as good as new! My patio has lots of shade and even after a hot and very humid summer, my table and chairs have no mold or mildew. You will do yourself a huge favor if you use this to protect your outdoor teak furniture. This is amazing!

I used this product to protect a new teak table and chairs. It is easy to apply and has a beautiful light honey color.

Easy to apply although messy because it’s watery ,but dries quickly and leaves a nice amber color.Will not protect the wood from oil or water marks but I don’t think it’s intended to.Can’t comment on durability.

I’ve used teak oil for years on my teak patio furniture and tried this to achieve the lighter ‘new teak’ color. It looks great and the furniture is sealed

This product has been recommended by the manufacturer of my solid teak deck furniture. It does an amazing job of protecting my furniture and keeping their beautiful golden color year round. I highly recommend it!

Doing a good job of prepping the teak correctly before applying the protector is really necessary. The teak stain is a light golden color. I applied it with a rag on outdoor teak furniture and a little bit goes a long long way. I am personally satisfied with the results but some may want a darker color stain. Now have to wait and see how well the stain holds up over time. Really hope it is better than using teak oil as claimed.

This is a large amount of stain. I have a lot of teak deck furniture: a dining table, 6 chairs, 2 benches, a bar cart, coffee table, side table, couch, 2 lounge chairs and 2 ottomans. I was able to stain all of the furniture with one of these big tubs. I didn’t notice any smell from the stain. It was easy to apply with a brush on the furniture. I have previously bought multiple smaller bottles at the store I bought the furniture at but this is a better deal. It’s about the same cost as 2 bottles with the volume of 3. My husband has said the furniture looks like a million bucks.

Easy to use. Soaked into the wood and dried quickly. Beautiful finish.
