Improvements that can be made....- Telescope the broom handle as you have the mop and duster. It really is quite short. 2-1/2 year old has to bend over to use it properly. She shouldn’t have to.- The pail is totally useless. Doesn’t spin. Can’t get mop in bucket because of the spinner. No way to spin out mop!!The inside basket needs to be lower in the bucket. You literally have to fill the bucket all the way to the top with water to get the mop wet. And I mean....all the way to the top! Which causes overflow of water as you’re manually, with your hands, trying to shove the mop into the basket to get the mop wet. A little more investment and a real spinning child-size bucket would have been much better.You made everything else almost perfect. Why stop at the bucket? I find the bucket totally useless.For the other reviewer with the negative comment on the mop heads not going on....they are a bit difficult to put on ...if you don’t read the instructions, but if you read the instructions on the outside of the box to the T, you will get them on with ease.

This is a perfect gift for birthdays, holidays, etc. My 3 year old was so excited to help mommy clean. She always tries using our adult cleaning tools. With them being way too big for her, it would knock her in the head. This cleaning set was created with our little ones in mind! It’s actually fully functional cleaning tools, that your little one can chip in on household chores. My little one loved that the little hand duster can extend and reach places she normally couldn’t. My daughter is taller then the average 3 yr old, I tried showing in the picture ,the height comparison, your child can use the tools properly. Love this set, I’d recommend it to all little ones that love using their parents cleaning items The set up was pretty easy. Only thing dust mop was a little tricky to snap into base.

Seems like great quality, I was actually surprised. It's plastic, but well built and more pretty than photos. However, the "spin bucket" doesn't spin... I was super bummed out. My kids don't seem bothered by it though and immediately started cleaning then house. My kids rate it 5 stars, I rate it 3 because the spin bucket (that's suppose to dry the mop, by spinning the water out) doesn't work. Overall, a great buy. I think it's worth $30 though, not $40.

It's a great little set. I bought it for my daughter who is almost 2. She doesn't quite get the whole concept yet but she loves to try. My 4 1/2 year old loves to help. He makes messes sometimes just to clean them up. The fine mist from the spray bottle is also great. They don't get things soaked like they use to with the "real" one. Its also easy enough for my daughter to use.My only reason for not giving 5 glowing stars is the dustpan came a little warped in the middle. So as they sweep it goes under that part. Should have checked it first.Also I don't really get the bucket. But the kids like to spin toys in it... Not the intended purpose but it works.

Not at all what I expected. I was looking for real house cleaning tools that were kid sized. This seemed more like a play set.The broom and dustpan were ok but a bit too large/awkward for my toddler. The mop head was super soft but fraying, right out of the box. The plastic parts on the mop were flimsy and didn't attach easily to the handle. The box was super beat up too.. which doesn't really matter to me but I'm quite surprised nothing was broken in transit. Overall a big disappointment. I expected much better quality for the price. I was however able to return it no problem, so I'm quite happy with Amazon.I ended up just letting my toddler use real house cleaning tools.. the same ones we use. We have a swiffer sweeper which I discovered is adjustable. I just removed one of the bars to make it shorter. I used to have a mini upright vacuum too which he absolutely loved. Now that he's a bit older he can use the full size kirby vacuum. I recently purchased the Full Circle Brush Set from Amazon, which is comfortable to use and the perfect size for sweeping up small messes.

The box was beat up and obviously opened already. The items inside weren’t wrapped they looked more like they were tossed in. Color isn’t an issue for me but I thought they would be exactly as pictured. Like a few other things I got for my kids, it’s so close to Christmas I have no choice and wrapped it up. I did rearrange everything in the box so it looked a little better and taped the package so it doesn’t look all torn up. My kids r young so it’s doubtful they’ll notice. But for me, I’m playing Santa and I take pride in my job. The good news is nothing seemed to be broken so we’ll find out if everything is in working order Christmas morning

I wanted to love this set of child sized cleaning tools, but these are not actually made for cleaning. They are cheap plastic toys that will break and frustrate the children attempting to use them for their intended purpose.The company seems to want to make life skill building kits; they even sent free pdf files and materials geared toward green cleaning and self-sufficiency for children, but the items provided to enable them are substandard.For the price, I would look elsewhere.I regret this purchase.

Ordered this as a Christmas gift. When setting up found that the mop cover would not snap on at all (after multiple attempts) and that the handle was mot adjustable or could have just been missing pieces. The handles did not match the colors. They are extremely short without being adjustable. We messaged the seller and asked for replacement pieces, but we never received a response (a week since messaging now). 4 year old asked Santa for “a cleaning kit” so we’re keeping it because how can you send it back when Santa brought it, but wish they’d send the proper parts or at least communicate with us. Not a great value at all when pieces don’t work or are missing.
