Muscle stimulation products will always need to be used in conjunction with a good training regime and a healthy diet.This comes packaged very well and looks professional.After installing the sticky gels you basically have to place this on the focus area of your glutes closest to the troublesome area.Make sure you've warmed up for about 10-15 mins beforehand just to help the process.This should then used for 10-15 mins or whatever suits you best. It was ok but it wasn't what i pretend for the price. Not powerful so i dont think it will do any change on my butt,anyways im using it everyday hoping to see if it will works. After 1h use the battery goes of(i think its enough if was more powerful).There are 3 sticky places that sticks on your skin,one of them the middle one its not sticks that much such the others. One side works far better than the other

First try today. Feels weird but great had a giggle. Arrived today so I will probably know if it's working after using it twice a day for 25mins in 2 weeks time. So far I've got no complaints. Thankyou

Absolutely rubbish! After 8th usage already broken.Gel pads not sticking well at all! Gone in trash can!

Always wanted one and low and behold right here on amazon found this amazing product. This works as well as the chiropractors office. Had trouble getting the acupuncture to work but, really didn't care about that much as the pads do great !!! The one day got off work hurting put this on for 15 minutes and was outside the whole evening working in the yard pain free !!!!Your pads will last longer if you make sure your skin is clean first. A little rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball does the trick.
