NV HOLDERS: S-Holder - premium shirt stays, shirt holders, shirt garters, shirt tuckers for men

I didn't know this was even a real thing until now. But here we are, giving my first ever review, for something that keeps my shirts tucked in.So, I got a new job in San Diego (Yay me!), and I decided I wanted to look more professional. I started getting some nice dress shirts online and this product showed up as a suggestion. I laughed a little when I saw it. "No honorable man would ever wear such a device!" But the more I looked into it, the more I realized I wanted it I wanted it bad.One thing that was always a turn off, when trying to look sharp, was that dang muffin top coming out of your pants. Having to tuck it in when you had to stand up, reach for something, or do a little jig. And it always looked so silly having to keep sticking your hands in your pants, just to look good for about another 10 min before you had to do it again.So, let's keep it simple on why you need this.1. Only takes a few hours to get use to it.2. Makes your shirt look smooth and always tucked.3. No more hands in the pants dance. Unless that's your thing.4. You may experience higher levels confidence. I order these for work at my new job since we have to wear dress shirts. I'm constantly moving and reaching for things and my shirt would always come untucked. I'd constantly have to go to the restroom to fix myself. I ordered these just trying them out and I love them! They really work. The thick thigh band makes them comfortable and not like something digging into your legs. The material is really smooth and soft. I think the best feature is the elastic straps that gives and moves with you. When you first put them on you may adjust the straps a little tight but as you move they loosen up to move with you but your shirt still stays tucked in! I love this product!!!!

Worked great for all of 3 days...then 2 clasps that connect to the shirt lost the ability to hold on! For a while I had to be careful sitting. What could be a great product is unfortunately hindered by cheap clasps.

Did not perform as intended. If you're unfamiliar with shirt stays, you might think these are the bees knees.But, after having been in the military for about a decade and with the Marines, shirt stays are a way of life for me, and I've tried many.Some pointers-- never buy shirt stays which loop under the foot, they'll strain your arches- buy white toned shirt stays if wearing white, semi-sheer pant legs (such as Navy dress whites)- metal clamps and pliars are helpful in sealing your straps at the desired tightnessI was excited for these because they don't run past the knee- this means eliminating the long protruding pant leg which makes it look like you're on stilts or carrying a shotgun in each pant leg. However, when it comes to grip, these have almost none at all. Military brand Vanguard shirtstays have a sliding loop closure that requires a tiny learning curve but are Excellent at maintaining their grip. The NV Holders on the other hand have a clipping tooth system similar to most suspender clasps. They do not grip well. If your shirt does not have a chunky seam at the bottom, they will slip right off. You can mitigate this problem somewhat by wearing an undershirt, lining the two shirt seems together, and clamping them simultaneously, which is a little bit of a pain in the #%@. but it Mostly works, except when you squat, bend over, or climb in your carseat without moving like a robot; I always have to tie my shoes Before I clip the stays to my shirt, cause I'm not bending over to do it after the fact.Save yourself some time, get Vanguard sock clipping stays, or try something new, but don't get NV Holders.

These things are great! I bought them specifically to wear at a family members wedding. Getting dressed with the other groomsmen, I got a few sideways glances. Less than an hour later, they were all asking where to get them and how much.They are comfortable (when sized correctly). Sliding them on, I definitely felt them for about 10 minutes. After that I go used to the feeling and hardly noticed them the rest of the night. You can feel the clips through your pockets but that's no big deal. I was wearing slim fit (but not skinny-tight) suit pants that have thin material. No one was able to see them through the pants.They kept my shirt down and smooth all night. The whole ceremony, dinner, and party. Plenty of dancing with a full range of motion (I tend to dance like a complete idiot). My shirt stayed tucked in front, back, and sides. The clips never came loose. The rest of the guys gave up trying to straighten their shirts after dinner.I combined them with a good pair of suspenders as opposed to a belt. I'm sure I will have need to wear them with a belt in the future and will update my review with that feedback.Overall, definitely worth purchasing!

Absolutely awful. After only a month, the clasps no longer have a grip and they slide right off the shirt with the slightest tug. Spent a lot of money for a product that doesnt work past the month mark. Save yourselves the money and get the classic stays. DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE!

This does exactly what it says, only issue is the clasps. I wish they would hold better you need to really slide the fabric to the back otherwise they will pop right off. After wearing for about 15mins you don’t even notice they’re on and my shirt stays tucked in all day. You do have to unclip to go to the washroom but with some practice putting them on is quick! The fabric is soft and the elasticity is perfect, as long as you measure properly!

Very useful, I use it about 4 days a week at my job. It’s quick to adjust and I don’t feel it when I wear it. I saw some review where buyers complained about the quality, but it’s Been about a month and it’s still the same !

Used for my wedding and it was perfect.

This is the 2nd time buying them. I lost the first ones in travel. Wore them to my Bother in laws wedding and was a bit on the fence about them. Figured I'd try and see. They are great. Kept my shirt nicely tucked in while on the dance floor and a night of partying.
