Each clip is easily mounted with 2 stainless steel screws (not included) Usage: These clips are 16-24mm inside diameter and spread open for your fishing pole to go in then close back up to hold your fishing pole securely. The screws are included with these clips there are two small holes in the inside center where the mounting screw goes into and screws into your fishing rod rack.
