The clipper came brand new. In great condition. It’s wonderful ergonomically don’t let social media fool you people calling it the size of a berrito it’s not true at all. It’s smaller and lighter than a andis master. It’s a high quality clipper. It’s not too loud. The one problem I had but I did contact Amazon support about this….they corrected it for me and, made it right was that in the babyliss sight and tomb 45 sight you get the charging mat free once you add it to the cart the mat becomes zero dollars but amazon doesn’t do that for some reason. Amazon did apologize and gave me enough Amazon credit to get the charging pad free. Well done Amazon! thank you! You may see I’m a free user for Amazon but I actually bought this clipper. This clipper works phenomenal.

Great clippers ,versatile charging options battery charging plate ( not included) AC/DC operatable Power, fast charging, optional speeds, nice digital battery display, ergonomic is light rubber with groves, fits great in bigger hands , (like mine), only knock and there's only one for me , and that's the location of the power button, while cutting , its very easy to unintentionally hit the button and turn off clipper,

Satisfactory. Nothing special tbh. It’s a bit clunky the ergonomics are not great. The click lever is subpar and disappointing to be honest. The click levers on the old lo pro and the new Lo Pro FXs are much better. The click levers on JRL and TPOB Play are on another level and best on the market.If you want a much better clipper, at a much better price, also has stretch bracket, much better click lever and wayyyyy better ergonomics try the TPOB Play. Also two speeds like this one same RPMsI like the wireless charging and the USB C port for charging but the clipper is average. At this point im just glad I didn’t pay more than 199$ for it.
