Love Willow!
Based on my experience using Willow pumps for nearly five months, I appreciate their products However, I noted that the valves are delicate; my first pair tore, likely due to rough cleaning. I recommend handling them carefully during cleaning to avoid damaging the sensitive part where milk flows. Additionally, proper placement of the valves is important to ensure strong suction, if not you can allow air to escape, reducing potentially making it seem like the pump isn’t working.Few pros are that BPA-free silicone, easy to clean and dishwasher safe. Don't forget to clean valves gently and make sure to instal them correctlty to maintain suction strength.

Great suction, great pump!
I'm glad I bought the 7oz cups for my willow go. Got them as back up for trips and because I no longer wake up at night to pump. I love my pumps but there are a few things I wish were different to make them the best pumps I've tried. It is not my primary pump.1. The back (flange) pops off with in a minute of finishing your sessions, spilling whatever milk went into the middle section all over. See pic for reference. Pictures were taken 1 min. apart.2. They don't hold much charge. It says if the light is green you should have enough for 3 15 min sessions and as much as I would love to be emptied in 15 minutes, it's not possible for my breasts. I need to add 5-10 min to each session to be fully emptied so the battery does not last as long as I would want it for my needs. Also, it takes over 2 hours to charge.3. Although they do have hospital grade suction which is amazing for a weareable, they have limited flange sizes but it was no issue using universal flange to help me fully empty my breasts.I am still very happy I chose these pumps over any other available. Good for elastic nipples.

Love the splashguard
It’s nice to have bigger containers as an oversupplier, and it’s especially nice to have the splashguard

Wonderful pump, would give 5 stars if it weren’t for the parts wearing out quickly.
I had an elvie stride with my first baby, but I wanted to give these a shot my second time around. While I LOVE these pumps even more than the stride, the parts do not last long is you are using it frequently. I’m an RN, so I use them during my 13 hours away from home while working for 3 days each week, which to me doesn’t seem like it should strain parts much. But the duckbills only last me 4 weeks before they start sliding off immediately after putting the on. Wouldn’t be a huge deal if the parts weren’t so dang expensive. It used to be $16.99 for ONE PAIR of new duckbills, but now the price is $21.99… Absolutely nuts when you’re replacing them every month instead of the quoted “90 days”…

Mostly protects from splashes
First off — I think the Willow Go should be sold with the splash guard feature to begin with, as it’s a $350 pump and the fact that it isn’t indicates to me that the company is really out to be as cheap as possible. (Ask me how I feel about this pump having micro USB connections in 2025.)That said — considering this item on its own — these are pretty good. The splash guard does help contain the milk, though not super well. I usually use whenseated, so not doing a ton of movement, but I often still end up with a little milk on my top. I also appreciate having the 7oz capacity as someone with an oversupply.
