AMAZING
Amazing performance from such a small unit. It stays cool and quiet while operating like a full size computer. LOVE it.

"Just" a basic N100 build, but absolutely solid.
Picked this up to use as a small-capacity server for general use. Very no frills, but I don't need frills. I just need something reliable, unobtrusive, and hopefully quiet and nimble for it's size. Ships with Windows 11 but I installed Debian 12.This implementation of a basic N100 device is pretty good. Single core stress hits the 3.4GHz advertising, multi-core hits 3 across all 4 cores. 24 degrees ambient, single core maxed at 51 degrees and all 4 maxed at 59 degrees. My hearing isn't spectacular and while I could hear the fan, it was so faint that I had to really silence everything else around me and try to focus in on it.The size of the T8 is pretty amazing, too. You get a lot in the small space. It's close to a five star, but not quite. My reasons for only four stars:1. Instructions and boot screen do not indicate how to enter BIOS. It's F2, by the way. But it took a few tries with Del, then F12, to make it there. And each time wasted my time to booting to Windows 11.2. Have to set the memory to 4800 manually. I mean, if the machine is spec'd for it, just do it!3. No way to change the memory allocated to the integrated video. This is going to be a server, so I would have liked to set this to the lowest option.4. Putting "PCIe" next to SSD on the title is meant to mislead. The SSD is using a SATA M.2 interface. Also it seems the price keeps bouncing around with a coupon to match, so it feels like Firebat is playing games.5. Hard to open. Some day I might want to swap out the storage or clean out a fan, and I'm dreading it.

Firebat is on fire with this little sparkplug
Great little PC. I am using it for astrophotography. Works well. I use it in conjunction with a router/hotspot. I am not disappointed by Firebat’s performance. Just wish it utilized WiFi 6.

No picture and no sound… AND NO SUPPORT!
Update: Neve heard from the support chat from FIREBAT, Amazon is replacing it for me. We will see how round 2 goes. As of right now this product gets a 1 star review. Mainly because I got the product and went to set it up. I got no picture or sound out of my monitor. I have tried several hdmi cords and 2 different monitors (all worked hooking my lap top up to (all hdmi cords and monitors). I went to the website and start a chat support on the website. Never got an answer on the chat support. Set and email to try and get help. Will wait the 24 hours it will take to give them sufficient time to answer. Honestly I don’t know how the machine works. I can tell you support is at less then a snails pace or if any at all (will have e to see if I ever get answered.

Decnt computer for the cost, but fairly slow
I ordered this item because I wanted something to go in my living room area for people to use when needed, but once I got the item setup, it was kind of slow. It may be the hardware in the device because of the Intel processor that is installed and that the video is shared between the video memory and RAM. This can cause the total amount of RAM or DDR5 memory to be a lower amount than described. Please keep this in mind before purchasing this product. This device doesn't have a dedicated GPU, so some of the memory will be allotted to video memory.

“Mini PC Review: Compact, Quiet Windows 11 Pro with 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD - 4K HDMI, Low Power”
This mini PC packs solid hardware in a tiny, quiet package, perfect for basic home or office use, but small tweaks could make it shine. It runs a clean Windows 11 Pro with no bloatware, booting fast. Connectivity is strong: three 4K HDMI ports, three USB 3.0 Type-A ports, dual gigabit LAN, and reliable WiFi/Bluetooth. The 16GB RAM and 1TB SSD handle daily tasks well, while the Intel N100 processor sips power, cooled by a near-silent fan. Its black-and-gold design feels sturdy, and the compact AC adapter suits its small size. Great for browsing, streaming, office work, or retro gaming, it earns 4 stars. Why not 5? The RAM is capped at 3200 MT/s (fixable in BIOS) despite supporting 4800 MT/s, and the SATA SSD (600MB/s) lags behind NVMe speeds (3,500MB/s+). A USB-C port is sorely missed. Still, it’s a capable, efficient mini PC worth considering for simple tasks.
