My rabbit my other one!!!! I was so angry.Found this one and it chargers my device in no time flat.The silver part on my other one was becoming worn soI think it was time for a new one anyway.

Works great for a backup! I got it for my latest surface pro model. No problems as of yet and I've been using it for the past 3 months

Defective Product - Other than the obvious fact that this product was not functioning, I did not like the fact that regardless if the charger is plugged into your Surface Pro or not, the 'Charging' light remains on. I'm not sure if this is a product defect or if this was by design. Although seemingly insignificant, there is nothing more frustrating than realizing that your device had not been charging, especially if you're on the go. I really try not to give 1-star reviews, as I recognize how much they can pull down a product or seller's rating, but in this case, I don't think I have any other choice. Potential buyer beware. My next choice might just be purchasing a branded product from Microsoft.

Much cheaper than the original piece of junk from MS, replacement retailing for $80. Plus, the cord is much longer and it’s been working fine for a couple of months now. Original cord lasted less than a year.

Bought this because the prongs on my cord are loose and not providing continuous charge for my surface pro. The new cord works great. Only downfall is that id does not have a usb port on the charge box.

Plenty of length, worked fine until the end that connects to the device broke, after less than three months of use. Purchased this charger as a replacement for a Kingdo charger  KINGDO Surface Power Supply Adapter 65W 15V 4A for Microsoft Surface Book Surface Pro 3 Pro 4 Surface Laptop & Surface Pro (2017) with 6Ft Power Cord Including a storage pouch bag Model 1706  which frayed near the adapter in a similar period of time. The Kingdo charger was a replacement for the original Microsoft charger which also broke near the adapter after around 16 months of use. To replace this one, I have ordered the Surface Dock, in hopes that it will last comparatively longer.

Good charger doesn't run hot even when left on for long periods, the light stays on if plugged in to the surface or not though

I have been using this charger for over 6 months now since I lost the original charger that I had. I have been unhappy with the performance of this product for two reasons: the white light stays on even if it's not plugged into the surface pro which is annoying in darker settings. The other reason is that the surface pro 4 that does not respond smoothly to keys and touchpad when it's connected. I never had this issue with the Aaewal charger that I used before I lost it. I only give it three stars because of the cost, but since I purchased this item, other chargers on the market have also gone down in price. Now I am going to purchase the charger kind that I had before this one.
