Good value, very comfortable
When it arrived and I picked up the box I was a bit shocked at the weight. After taking it out I thought this is going to be like sleeping on a hunk of concrete. But I've used it for most of a week and it is the best pillow I have used yet. Memory foam is pretty heavy and gel is about the weight of water so this pillow is a number of times heavier that a "normal" pillow, but who cares? I'm not carrying it around I'm sleeping on it.Smell:Memory foam has a smell till it airs out, all of it does. Actually all foam has a smell. I would not describe it as "chemically" but it is there and dissipates over time. Personally it doesn't bother me and after a couple of days you really have to stick your nose in it to smell anything.That said everyone smells differently and IF the smell of foam really bothers you then you should probably stay away from all foam products.People also sleep differently. I sleep on my back or side and it has been very comfortable for me, YMMV.I used to get up with stiffness in my neck fairly often, hasn't been an issue with this pillow.

All of the wasted money I spent on pillows...wish I has found this one years ago
I can't even begin to say how happy I am with this pillow. My neck has hurt badly since a car accident. After 3 nights of sleeping on it. My neck does not hurt. It's so comfy and soft and holds the right texture. Doesn't smash down after an 8 hour sleep! Wish I had found it years and years ago.

These are a nice value
We bought this as a second set of pillows for our bed, they are cooling and supportive as represented. I have used mine nightly for almost 6 months with no noticeable change in support or shape. My wife likes to use hers on warmer nights or to stretch out. Great for the price and have held up well.There is a slight odor to them as other have mentioned but we have no issue with it especially after they have been unboxed for a couple days and are in pillow cases.

Very Hard
My husband and I read the reviews and we thought “oh okay, everyone says it’s hard, that’s great!” Every pillow we’ve tried has been too soft so we were excited to try this one. Go ahead and listen to everyone that says this pillow is too hard, it really is. We are returning them because we can’t sleep on them. Other than that, the packaging was great, and it seems like an awesome product if you like super stiff pillows!

Small but, efficient
This pillow provides the support I need. I'm a side/back sleeper suffering from night sweats. The "cooling gel" has not worked as I had hoped. I'll wake up from sweating and have to place a towel over the pillow in order to go back to sleep.Great for support though.

Much smaller than the average "Standard" bed pillow.
The pillow is definitely cooling which helps with nighttime hot flashes. The comfort is ok. I can't say that I get a better nights sleep. I awake around 5am and can't get back to sleep. My biggest disappointment is that I thought it would be the size of a standard size bed pillow. It is not, not by a long shot. I this pillow would work well for airplane travel or driving(for the back). This pillow is not going to fit properly inside a standard pillowcase.

Love It!!
I've been sleeping on this pillow for about two weeks and I love it. I've always had an issue sleeping on my belly; I tend to put my arm under the pillow and wake up with a sore or numb arm and my head being up too high. This pillow is perfect for that and I've stopped having those issues.Strongly recommended!!
