Fan Laptop tower!
Using it for my quite old gaming laptop that overheats quite a bit with just a zoom video chat. The Fan even at maximum settings is "a little noisy" at most. As I would be wearing headphones whilst needing this fan on it shouldn't matter too much. The drawback from this product? It elevates the Latptop quite high from your desk/table so if you are not a very tall like me, (I'm 170cm tall), I would strongly recommend buying a nice wireless keyboard, otherwiser your arms will get tired very fast. Also I would recommend a long USB A to A cord to connect the Everest to the mains (I say this mostly because gaming laptops nowadays see to have less and less USB ports)

It is noisy but works well
It made a 20°C difference on both my gaming laptops, which improved performance by some 30% on one of them and prevents it from shutting down without warning, which was the main reason why I got the cooling pad in first place. It is noisy, however, even with headphones. One laptop is larger, heavier, so the noise level is reduced compared to the other one, to a point it's bearable with headphones. The other is slightly smaller and lighter, leaving a gap at the front, from which wind and noise can escape, so I had to cut out my own foam to seal the laptop properly and reduce noise. The lower fan settings produce a noise that is much more noticeable and annoying than the max setting. So, I ended up opening the cooling pad to inspect the fans, to see if I could upgrade them, and found out that despite the good craftmanship, they are fitted upside down in a tight space, and unfortunately there's no easy fix, because they only fit in one way. The suction side of the fan is pressed against a cruciform support, leaving a tiny gap for air to go in and giving it a grinding noise due to the blade high passing frequency. When the fans are detached from the pad, they are much quieter and the grinding noise magically disappears. The entire pad acts as an echo chamber and amplifies the sound. Thus, I'll eventually try to install a thin layer of foam inside the enclosed spaces, away from the circulation paths, to see if it can absorb the noise. I might replace the fan screws with rubber supports, and apply foam where the fan casing touches the unit to see if helps too. Besides the noise, the unit works well.

Great Experience, the best cooling pad
I've always preferred using a gaming computer for my everyday work tasks due to its enhanced power and efficiency. However, the downside is the immense heat it generates. After two years of use, the built-in fan of my computer malfunctioned, causing frequent crashes even with minimal CPU or GPU load. I had previously relied on a bamboo cooling pad, which served me well for nearly 15 years, but it couldn't prevent my current computer from overheating.Enter the KLIM cooling pad – a true game-changer. While it's priced higher than some of the standard options available in the market, I firmly believe that investing in quality pays off in the long run. The Everest KLIM cooling pad, with its 6 turbine modes, is incredibly efficient. On most days, I operate it on the 3rd mode. However, during intensive tasks like having over 25 browser tabs open while streaming videos, I crank it up to the 5th mode before eventually dialing it back down.A delightful addition is the RGB light feature, which not only adds a touch of fun to my workspace but has also become a favorite for my cat. One of the most significant improvements I've noticed since using this pad is the reduction in noise. The constant noise from my computer's broken fan used to give me severe headaches, but those days are behind me. My productivity has soared, and I can comfortably extend my work hours without any disruptions.I'm genuinely pleased with the quality and performance of the KLIM cooling pad. It's built with precision and care, and I'm optimistic about its longevity. Given my positive experience, I'm keen on exploring other products from this brand. KLIM has certainly earned my trust, and I wholeheartedly recommend their cooling pad to anyone facing overheating issues with their computer.

This is a lovely product
I received this product promptly after I ordered it, and it matched, absolutely, the image I viewed online at the time I ordered it.I like the angles that I can implement with my laptop - it takes a lot of pressure off my wrists. The fan speeds are effective and the unit is generally quiet. I must say that on higher fan speeds, the surrounding area is also cooled - so that is a win.Great Product and recommended.

Not good quality, very disappointed
I regretted buying this one but couldn't return it because I took it apart to see why it was so noisy. The fans are miniscule and the wiring was a dog's dinner internally. Mine sounded like a microlight engine and was shaking itself to bits. The vent covers on the inside were coming unscrewed from the fan motor vibrations and the control buttons were not that responsive either. It was very agricultural. I replaced it with another more premium cooler and took the hit on this, it's now in the e-waste skip. Also the single plastic card style front support isn't really tall enough and the rear intake shields didn't actually fit in the storage slots underneath either

Noisy!
Did not like this one at all, it is very noisy on any setting and from 1-3 there is a very annoying drone! It is probably a perfectly good cooler if you always wear a headset but for me it was just annoying. Looks and feels good quality. Be warned when using the foam, check where your heat exhausts from before buying!

Decent could be better.
Solid, build aesthetically pleasing compared to others I have seen, fan speed is decent nothing crazy. I think it’s still good for your money’s worth. And portable if need be. The only complaint is the foam cushioning which I find does come loose very easily.
