Straight, sturdy and with a good surface (not too smooth, not too rough).It just needs a bit of oil to better preserve the wood, nothing else.Happy with it.

Used it today in my pastry laminating class, fantastic to hold, I like the way it mold into my hand. Sturdy and easy to clean. Will be using it more in the future.

Gréât rolling pin! A good weight perfect for all sorts of uses

I really struggled to find a wooden, longer rolling pin. I use it for rolling slabs of clay. This one does just the job. Nice quality wood with about the right amount of weight behind it.

Large rolling pin. Simple, elegant. It has already been put to good use by partner and myself.It does have some evidence of how the wood was shaped into a rolling pin at each end, but it isn't detrimental to its usage.

Als das Nudelholz ankam war ich erstmal überrascht wegen der Größe, aber die Maße stehen ja dran- das Gehirn hat aber nun mal eine gewisse Erwartungshaltung. Es ist ein solides Stück Holz, seitlich sind die Spuren vom Stirnseitenmitnehmer zu sehen, das könnte man beseitigen-technisch überhaupt kein Problem, aber 2 Arbeitsschritte mehr und kostet damit Geld und würde keinen eklatanten Mehrwert bringen ausser der Optik also sei es verziehen. Was ich schade finde ist, daß die Lasergravur hingepfuscht wurde. Uulki möchte ja eine Marke aufbauen und dazu gehört aus meiner Sicht, daß das Markenzeichen tiptop gefertigt ist, ein Mercedes wird ja auch nicht mit verbogenem Stern ausgeliefert auch wenn das für die Fahreigenschaften ohne Belang ist. Da die Gravur keinerlei Auswirkung auf die Funktion hat, gibt es hierfür keinen Punktabzug. Alles in allem finde ich das Nudelholz sehr gut und würde es sowohl wieder kaufen als auch weiterempfehlen.Es hat seinen Platz links an meiner Küchenwerkbank gefunden, ich habe eigens einen Nudelholzhalter konstruiert und mit dem 3D-Drucker ausgedruckt. :-) Macht sich sehr gut auch in dekorativer Hinsicht.

Qué buen tamaño tiene y que bien se maneja. Como soy un poco perfeccionista le pasé una lija de agua de 1000 y luego de 2000 y se ha quedado increíble, parece de mármol.

Mattarello di adeguate dimensioni x uso casalingo, molto robusto e pratico.Al primo utilizzo io l ho unto x bene e più volte con olio di oliva in modo da ingrassare bene il legno e renderlo più scorrevole. Il prodotto arriva grezzo e il legno è meglio che sia protetto e ingrassato adeguatamente. Do 4 stelle perché la rifinitura del tornio sui bordi è stata lasciata grezza ma ciò non influisce x nulla sull utilizzo.

Les photos parlent d'elles-mêmes. Je le recommande parce qu'il est grand, qu'il n'y a pas de poignées c'est donc plus maniable. Un chiffon suffit pour le nettoyer (j'ai peur qu'il gonfle sinon). Assez lourd pour étaler de la pâte mais pas LOURD au point de ne pas le soulever. Il est donc plutôt long mais rentre très bien dans un pot à ustensiles suffisamment large.N'hésitez pas à laisser un petit utile si le cœur vous en dit.
