Follow the instructions, I personally tired a little patch test on arm first , removed all traces of hair , just as good as waxing in my opinion .

Late review, but l kept giving this product more chances to actually work. It doesn't - l followed instructions implicitly, but it just does not work - yes l'm old, yes l have wrinkles on my face, but the skin is not leathery! I used it again and again around the middle of the brows, where the eyebrows are a lot thinner and therefore l don't need or want a monorail for a eyebrow! This last time - dare l say it - l left it on for a bit longer - ok 6-7 mins. - nothing - not even a red spot - obviously wont buy this product again!

definitely doesn’t take 4 minutes, or even 10 in my case. i had to leave it on for 15 minutes and re-apply twice. however it wasn’t painful at all and eventually got good results

Sceptical I purchased this as I'm newly single, heading to my 40's and starting to get paranoid about the hair on my face, although extremely fair - when the sun shone definitely noticeable. I applied what I thought was a thickish coat on my lip chin, lower jaw and neck and waited - wiped off and nothing ...... so having not had any tingling or reaction I tried again this time applying an extremely thick layer. The second time it worked. The layer of cream does need to be VERY thick and there is a slight 'burning' type smell but my face is now silky smooth and I'm quite pleased

A nice fragrance to the cream but find I need to leave it on more than the recommended time. Other wise lovely and would recommend

Excellent product. Bought because it's not tested on animals and has no animal ingredients. Did wonder if it would work as well as the better known varieties but can't fault it. Much less harsh on my skin and absolutely does the job. Highly recommend.

Not sure what is different , but the cream did not remove the hair on my upper lip. Use to work well , not sure if they have changed the formula. Very disappointing

I’ve used this product for quite a while and never had any issues until the last 6 months or so, the creams I’ve bought just do nothing for my top lip (even if I leave for the max time) For context I’m 34 and have smooth skin & dark hair. Have they changed the formula? I am going to look for another product as this is just wasting my time.
