Does it come with instructions? I have a dehydrator which is suitable for drying but need to know the ratio of spice to meat + vinegar/water to use
Does the spice have an expiry date?
Is the spice meant to be white/pale? My usual space is much darker.
What vinegar do you guys use? In uk so what would you recomend off the shelf in Tesco?

Best plain niltong spice.
Awesome spice. So popular that it is always out of stock.

Great taste, but way too salty.
we brought this as we enjoy making Biltong and Jerky in our Ninja air fryer. The only problem is that the flour is soo salty. I ate it and give it a go again using less spice, but my wife threw hers away and couldn't eat it. Buy it, but we aware it's salty.
