I want to preface this by saying I absolutely love this karaoke machine. Although it’s a budget alternative to some other karaoke machines, it did not disappoint!The package includes the speaker, 2 mics, a power cable and a manual. The speaker itself is very portable and easy to carry around so you can have karaoke sessions anywhere! the speaker also features fun and colourful lighting effects which really adds to the whole vibe.My only issue with the machine is that at one point it would only connect to 1 microphone at a time. I contacted customer support and they were very helpful and kind and advised me to power both mics on and off rapidly 3 times and they would enter pairing mode. This worked and helped resolve my issue so I would rate customer service a 10/10.Also as this is a “budget” speaker, the sound quality is good but not the best so don’t expect it to have deep bass or outstanding quality like a JBL. With that said however I think it’s a very good karaoke machine for the price and I am very pleased with it!

Absolutely shocking product. Calling it a karaoke machine is kind, it’s a speaker for microphones.First evening we unpacked it and tested it, this was the day before our big New Years Eve party. Curiously the machine cannot be plugged in and used, it relies on its battery to be recharged, which can only be recharged via a USB-C cable. After 10 hours charging with no power on New Years Eve, I gave up. Party ruined.Please avoid this product and the company - to say they are amateurs in their field is an understatement!

The media could not be loaded. I bought this at Christmas hoping I could cheer all my family up .. and me … we lost both parents this year within months of each other .. well … I bought it .. then my sister bought it .. then I bought it for my granddaughter. The sound was amazing so easy to set up and the joy it brought to us is priceless. It’s amazing and superb quality. I would like extra microphones if that is possible but not sure where to look. Now my daughter wants one and my other sister 🙈 .. thankyou even my two year old grand daughter loves it excuse my washing hanging up

An excellent karaoke machine at a very good price & useful having 2 microphones.

Bit complicated to set up with the telly/sound bar (but to be fair I don't think I've ever done it sober). Battery lasts a long time, and pretty sure our neighbours hate us.
