I think it works
These work very well and now that I'm thinking of it, it's been awhile since I've used them. But the directions are easy to follow. It does leave a nasty Gunk ring after it's done cleaning. I hope that the pipes and everything are cleaned afterwards, but I can't see in them. Based on the amount of gross after using one of these they should be haha.

Simple and effective.
Simple to use, just like a pod for a washing machine. Used as a final treatment before draining and refilling for winter spa use. Could see a difference.

Does the job
One capsule did a great job in cleaning the jets. There wasn’t a lot of debris in the water, but I could tell that this cleaner did its job.

SpaKleen works better than all the rest!!!
The media could not be loaded. I have a jacuzzi tub in my master bathroom that we haven't used in over 3 years because it had a leak. I finally got the leak fixed and used a product called "oh yuk" to try to clean out all the black flakes from the tubing. I thought that I had everything cleared out after 5 or 6 runs. The water was clear and I was pretty happy. But I had also bought this "SpaKleen" product because I wasn't sure which would work better. So I figured why not throw one in just to compare the bubbling. To my shock after running for only one minute the "SpaKleen" product had actually cleaned out even more black flakes. In fact there were a ton of black flakes in the water after running the "SpaKleen". Which I know might sound like a bad thing but it's not it's a very very good thing. It means that it was cleaning even more out of the system than what the oh yuk product was able to get. I attached a video explaining all of this. It's worth the watch. But the short version is if you have a choice between this and the other major product that people tend to use, without a doubt I would choose "SpaKleen" over any other. I know that sounds like a BS commercial, but I'm a real consumer that was just so blown away by how well this product works that I wanted to make the effort to put a review out of it to help others. Buy this with confidence it works fantastic that is so super convenient with just having to drop a single pod in versus measuring out 4 oz like you have to with the other product.

Works great
Took these to Mexico with us, cleaned both Jacuzzi tubs, after running the jets for the recommended time, the water was black, they were disgusting!!!! Will always use these when I go on vacation

Works, but not great.
TL;DR: Great, if you're a clean user of your tub/spa. But use something stronger if cleaning a spa for the first time.I want to be careful when writing this review because the product both works - and doesn't work anywhere near as well as some others I have tried. These are detergent pods akin to dishwasher pods, and great if you just need to keep your tub clean every week. Inexpensive, functional, and strong enough for your average clean. But.But don't expect these to do the job of a professional cleaning puck. The photos here are of the fourth, fifth, sixth, and SEVENTH clean, wash, and flush of a heavily-used tub. Every run, more gunk was coming out of the jets. For the amount of time I spent filling, running, draining, and cleaning I could have just thrown one professional-level puck into the tub and murdered all this goo in one shot. The problem, at a guess, is that there simply isn't enough detergent in these to handle a big job. Too much oil, and the little pod can only bind to so much crud.So as a maintenance tool, these are probably great for a weekly/bi-monthly clean of a lightly used tub. But for heavy jobs, get a heavy duty puck.

Good stuff!
First pic is before I turned on the jets with the cleaning pod in it. 2&3 are after. 🤢 I ended up running 2 batches through and I’m going to do at least one more tomorrow!!!
