It is pure Dihydromyricetin with no extra ingredients. It works as well as other brands.

I can now have a drink or two without immediately getting a headache an hour later. Strange

I have had positive experiences with other DHM supplements but this one seems to be ineffective. I purchased this brand since they had a faster delivery date but can tell a huge difference when taking this product over other DHM products I've had. It has the exact same ingredients as the brand I was predominantly taking beforehand so I am unsure of what they are doing differently that would cause this one specifically to be so ineffective.

For me at least. I was referred this by a friend of mine who is a supplement pro about a year ago. She knows first that I love supplements and skin care. And she also knows I look for anything (proven) that helps your liver. And the reason I do is when I was younger I had two rounds of chemo for cancer treatment that was extremely harsh on my liver. I was told to "watch my liver for the rest of my life". And I have. I take Milk thistle, dandelion, yellow dock, NAC, Benfotiamine, and this Dihydromyricetin. Now I call those faith pills as you do not really feel them working but trust they are doing their job. I did however have a recent liver test and my numbers could not have been any better. Perfect ! But outside the liver boy did I notice something. Something fantastic.As a vet I suffer from anxiety and PTSD. Pretty Bad. I normally would wake up my family around midnight with horrible anxiety attacks. I would be yelling sometimes or talking etc. Just really bad. Was my deal for decades. As soon as I took this, the very first one, it did not happen to around 4 a.m. And it has stayed that way. Now that might not sound great to you but to me it was a miracle. That meant 4 more hours of sleep. And too the attacks were lessened. They were not near as bad. I could even go back to sleep. Google anxiety and dihydromyricetin and see for yourself this is real. Too that friend of mine who referred this to me,, well she is a psychologist. I told her about my miracle experience and she started recommending this to her patients and is getting fabulous results. So will this work for you the same ? I don't honestly know as all our chemistry and metabolism etc is different. But I would think yes it could.This is so important to me that I have it on my subscribe and save. I simply do not ever want to run out as when I did in the past it was horrible. But I canceled that subscription. Why ? Three reasons:1. That one was 300 mgs this one is 350 mgs.2. My old one was 50 caps at $20 this is 120 caps for $25.3. This one is made in the USA which I go out of my way to look for and buy.As soon as this brand offers this with subscribe and save I will be the first to sign up.So these are easy to take caps with only wonderful sides for me ! I highly recommend this supplement and wish I could give this brand 50 stars for price, made in USA and a 350 mg per cap.I feel compelled to state for anyone who is suffering anything that resembles what I had,,,,, I have found recently by adding the probiotics Lactobacillus helveticus Rosell-52ND and Bifidobacterium longum Rosell-175 with this (Dihydromyricetin) at night right before you go to bed that it eliminated 80% plus of my anxiety. I now do not even wake up at 4 with anxiety sometimes. I suppose you call it normal sleep. I find that amazing for me. It took 30 days (just as it clearly stated it would) before I noticed my anxiety was reduced. Best of luck and hope this was helpful !

If you've never taken DHM, this isn't some snake oil. It's the real McCoy. If you have too much to drink (or any to drink) the night before, taking this before bed will seriously improve your quality of life the next morning. I used to buy another brand (Naturebell), but for some reason they stopped offering it. I went with this brand for cost, availability, and dosage. It's definitely good, but still not as good as my beloved Naturebell.With Naturebell, 2 caps before bed used to do me really well after a few drinks. With this brand I need to take three, and I still don't think it's working as good. It's most certainly better than taking no DHM at all, but again, my old brand was better.

It doesn't hurt to take it before, like some other liver support things can, but generally you would want to take it when you're done.It seems to help at least some, when I follow those guidelines. It's hard to tell the extent of that, since how you feel after drinking is dependent also on what you ate and how much and when, and if you're hydrated to start with, and etc... and at least for me, all of that can vary a lot from one day to the next (regardless of whether I'm intending to have any alcohol). And also, for myself the fact that I'm taking it seems to help remind me to be better about the other parts (eat something before, drink enough water during / after), but... it still does seem to help, on top of that.I think it's a good price when used that way, since if I figure 3-4 capsules once each week, it'll last 30-40 weeks, which at its current price ($25) comes out to under a dollar per use, for more than half a year. And that means I'm at least somewhat, if not significantly, more functional the day after... aka I don't lose part or all of a day of my life. I think that's worth it. :)Or alternately, if you just take one each day (its directions say 1-2 per day), it'll last around 4 months. I may try that at some point as I'm curious about the anxiety-reduction effects that someone else noted in their review.It also includes a nice little case that you can store some in, if you wanted to bring them with you. I was able to fit 2 capsules in the left and right side compartments, and 5 in the center one.The capsules are a little bit big, but if I take them with something carbonated or with warm tea, it makes them easier to swallow.It came with plastic wrapped around the outside of the lid, and a tamper seal on the inside too.The one I got in September 2022 expires in January 2025.
