I am only giving this 4 stars for now, as I have only used it for a week.As far as the taste, with honey and a little almond milk, it really only tastes like honey and almond milk. I boil the water and it mixes quite easily. Sometimes I don't even have to stir it!Taken on an empty stomach, it settles the need for breakfast for a little while.My understanding is that it can take a month or so before seeing results, so I will amend the review after a few months.And just FYI, as far as nails and hair go you won't see results until the old nails and hair grow out. The NEW nails and hair will show improvement. This is type I collagen, found in hair, skin, and nails, so I don't expect it to improve joints.I read a review that said this product didn't improve their joint pain.For that I am purchasing chicken collagen, which is type II. I don't use any products from mammals, as they have protein that our bodies react to.Always good to do a little research before purchasing.

I’ve been purchasing this product for months now and have seen differences in my skin. Only thing is this month I received it and it seems like the bottle is over half empty. Seems like they don’t give as much as advertised for the price.

Received my package in good order (no damage). These containers never come filled to the top (just an FYI to those who say things were tampered with). Powder texture, smell, and function are standard. Let me preface this by saying that I have been tested in a lab or by doctors, but my observation is that since I've been consuming this powder, my skin, hair, nails and joints seem to be stronger/healthier and my hair has actually been growing. I'll continue to use this and see if it continues to help. It's worth a try if you have tried everything else on your journey right?!

My favorite! No taste in your coffee or tea! I think it works but I’m not going to stop taking it as I believe it is! And I’ve been using it now for years-everyday!
