Best pocket brush
Great little brush. This is my second one after my dogs decided to take my first brush as their own. The new brush’s bristles are definitely stiffer but I’ve come to really like it as it both brushes and “combs” my whiskers. I understand why some may not care for the stiffness but if you want to keep thickish beards tamed, this one works very well.

Great for Travel, but Cleaning Is Tricky
I’ve been using the ZilberHaar Pocket Beard Brush for a few weeks, and it’s a fantastic little tool. The stiff boar bristles handle my beard really well, keeping it neat and itch-free. It’s the perfect size for travel—I toss it in my bag, and it’s good to go. My only gripe is cleaning it; the bristles tend to trap hair, and getting it all out takes more effort than I’d like. Still, the quality and convenience make it worth it. If you’re looking for a compact, effective beard brush, this one’s a winner.

as a beardless woman, so far so good!
The media could not be loaded. i like this! i have been on the hunt for a good, tiny boar bristle brush for a while.i do not have a beard. im a woman who bought this strictly to keep in my bag to tame my baby hairs, or what i like to call "devil horns", when im at work and my hair starts driving me crazy, or when im running late and end up needing to fix the frizzies on my ponytail. i cant do the barrett clips and i did not want a big obnoxious brush that takes up a lot of space or anything else big and obnoxious to carry around. this has come in clutch so far!a couple things to note-Pros:• it is very small but not awkward to hold, and still sturdy enough to tame my very thick very long hair. perfect to keep in my bag without taking up much space!• the boar bristles are very thick, so they tame my "devil horns" quite nicely and give me that nice slick back i need with my ponytail. no more devil horns!Cons:• when it arrived, it had some dust coating on it? i did not like this. it did arrive in a box, so im hoping its supposed to be there. i hope its supposed to be something like a preservative for the boar bristles and not something like dust. i rinsed it out a couple times before using on my hair just in case.• since it is wood i would advise against getting the body of it wet or submerging it at all, since it will cause the wood to crack and break quicker.• for nearly $17, i was only disappointed it didnt actually come with a boar picture on it, like advertised. for as much as you pay, either the stock images need to be updated or put the boar back on the brush! lol, obviously a very minor inconvenience, still though!as a woman with practically untamable baby hairs and a symbiotic relationship with her hair (i wouldnt say we agree most days, my hair and i), i will come back and update any further positive or negative experiences!

Great for the hair on your head, too!
I am a woman who bought this for her hair. I understand that this is labeled as a "beard brush" but that's just the manufacturer pigeon-holing their product. Why did I want this tiny brush for my thick, wavy locks, you men might ask? Well... it's because I have a full size boars hair hair brush, but it is simply much too big for backpacking-camping.When every ounce of weight matters, and space inside my backpack is limited to what I absolutely NEED, it was imperative that I find a brush that is small and nearly weightless. This particular brush is great for you guys, as it will fit in your jeans pocket without you realizing the weight of it being there. For me, I throw it in my toiletries bag and I'm good to go!In the palm of my tiny woman hands, this brush works perfect. It fits across the width of my hand. That being said, for those of you with bigger hands than me the brush might seem smaller when using it, but that's kind of the point of this pocket brush. What I also like was that the brush is wide. I saw a few other beard brushes that were round, and I figured it would take forever to brush my hair with those. Since this allows you to brush more of your hair in fewer strokes, you can tidy up your beard hair in 1, 2 (maybe 3) and be done. This comes in great for me, as the more I brush my hair, the more hairs that will fall out of the follicle. One thing I noticed about this brush is that the bristles are a lot more firm than my regular hair brush. That will probably come in handy for thick beard hair. For me, I don't know that it is con just yet, but the brush still gets the job done.Overall, I encourage anyone to buy this product. Whether it's a man looking for a good beard brush or a girl who doesn't want to carry around a full-size hairbrush. This could be great in the car to smooth out your hair after having the windows down. Heaven knows I do that and my hair comes out looking like a rat's nest. I may even get an extra for my gym bag!Great product! Can't wait to use it on the trails... or elsewhere.
