These are the real deal, they are old, but appear to be unissued. However, they will show age from storage, they are nice, and fully functional, but will NOT be mint. The leather belts are nice, the buckles will likely have light corrosion ect. If you want the real deal, genuine russian military issue sling, this will be for you. If you want something that looks like it came off the assembly line yesterday, please look elsewhere.

Not easy to find a nice mosin sling like these!
Definitely older, but stored very well with no corrosion or excessive wear. As with other leather items this age, i would suggest the use or saddle soap to restore the elasticity before using it for any other purpose but display. As advertised, it came with a neat little p-38 can opener (American made).

I really like this sling. Yeah, its old school. Yeah, its meant for a mosin nagant, but come on, it will really work on anything. I've used this sling on AK's, M4s and the few mosins I have. Any where that the thin, leather strap will go through like a sling loop or adjacent m-lok rail segments will work just fine as mounting points. No fancy QD or sling clips necessary. This sling is cool, functional, and surprisingly sturdy for its age. I will probably buy another one of these in the near future.

Keeping it Real
I gotta say that the Sling was a good deal, inspector markings, heavy duty Military accessories made for a 75 yr old Mosin...very cool!

Does not come with clips
I assumed i was getting 5 clips. Sling is nice and original and can opener is cool. Dont show fn clips on ur picture if u dont send them. I could have bought an original sling by its self for cheaper. I payed extra assuming clips came. 😤

No can opener?
Nice little sling leather refreshed nicely but where the hell is this can opener I paid for? It's been a minute though it may have shipped separately? I dont know I would still like to get my can opener though!!!

Just what you need
Looks like new old surplus. Length has a very wide adjustment range -more than plenty for your 91/30. Tough, not like the NcStar ones. Comes with a GI can opener. Smells like mildew, no stains, slightly oxidized buckles.. what's not to like???

Just what I was looking for
One of my Mosin's is in excellent condition and I thought I would dress it up with an original sling. This sling was in excellent condition and adds a bit of class to my already nice rifle. There are cheaper ones out there but they are not this good.

As advertised
This thing is fackin awesome. Looks good feels good. Cant get any more original in my opinion. I got my can opener, it's a P38 I believe they are called. Awesome. If I buy another 91/30 I will order again.
