It works fine but the voice recognition is still not perfect. It doesn't understand some times and interpret something totally irrelevant to what I said.Be ready to repeat command many times, for it to do the right thing, especially if you are far from the device.Sound is good enough for a single small to medium size room. A perfect music player on your desk.LED clock display is helpful; it can display timer also but not stopwatch (atleast not worked for me). But it's bright enough to be visible even in daylight.To top it all its looks amazing, sounds good enough, and is smart (somewhat) and probably will keep improving with time.Tip: Buy any echo (except flex) only if you have 2-3 smart home devices like bulb or plugs to pair with otherwise it's just a speaker and you will get much better sounding speaker at this price.

I have been working from home from past one and half year. Handling your work pressure and not going out due to lockdown has caused depression and frustration. You cannot leave your desk and go out during working hours. And while searching for the solution Alexa came into picture.1.The product was delivered in time and packing was in excellent condition so that the product was not damaged during transit.2. Installing Eco dot is very easy , we need to download Alexa app from Google store and then connect it with your Wi-Fi and that's it, your Alexa is ready.3. The built quality is awesome and i went for the blue color and it look's awesome.4. The bright digital clock is an icing on a cake, the clock looks attractive and the brightness of the clock adjusts automatically as per the lighting in the room.5. The speaker quality is excellent and even the volume level at 3 is pretty good when i am working at my desk and volume 05 is louder enough for my room.6. I have connected my LG soundbar and also tried connecting speakers with the audio out , in both conditions it worked excellent.7. The mic quality is awesome as Alexa picks up the voice from pretty long distance.8. I have not tried with connecting to the smart bulb or any other smart equipment, so no comments.9. Its helping me in getting reminders, setting alarm is very easy and playing songs while working is the best part.If you are looking for an interactive entertainment on your work from home desk with an attractive digital clock, then you must try buying it.Overall an awesome product and i am still exploring it and will come up with an second review very soon.5 star product and a 5 star rating.

When you buy a product you want to use it. In case of speaker you will only end-up using while listening to music, where as Echo with clock is great as it has clock as well so we customers don’t buy product, we buy benefits. Other factors in comparison to echo show is that, dot consumes relativity less power and always on led clock. Now comparing with pod, this has far better quality of sound as it is packed in a box covered with cloth and not plastic. I have used 2nd gen with clock and now 4th gen with clock. It’s dam essential for every home. In comparison with Google nest, this has far better details in every aspect and advance.

It is most accurate Voice Assistant device available in the market. It is not only a fun device for kids and adults to play games and songs or to ask questions, but it becomes a stronger tool and a more feasible device in instances of your everyday life when you attach it to other Wi-Fi Alexa enabled devices and appliances like WifiBulb or Fan or any other.I gifted it to my father. He now, especially in Winters, doesn’t need to switch off the light first and then go to bed; he can do it while being in bed lying comfortably under the blankets. In the night, if he need to use washroom, he don’t need to stumble around. He only need to say “Alexa, Lights On” and voila… Lights are on. He is not good with the mobiles. He can set the Alarm in his own regional language just by saying it… “Alexa, Kal subha 05 baje ka Alarm lga do” and again Voila. Or he could say “Alexa ka subha 09 baje mujhe yaad dial dena ki ghar ki Sabji Khatam ho gai hai” and the reminder now has already been set for it.It’s a very small and a very simple idea, but attaching it with Internet Of The Things (IOTT) makes it more functional and productive.I will recommend it for people of every age group, but especially for the Old members of the family.

My Amazon Echo Dot 4th Gen with clock suddenly started to show issues and I called Amazon customer care for a resolution. I was told that I will get a replacement. Replacement order was placed. On the day of delivery, the delivery agent didn't deliver (I spoke multiple times with Amazon Customer care executives). The same night, the status changed to say that it will be delivered in next few days. I thought its ok. but then next morning the status changed to "Customer rejected delivery". Your delivery agent by himself marked the order as "Customer rejected delivery" without even my knowledge. And now I am facing a big time issue with Amazon's customer care to get a replacement. It is the worst experience of my life. They kept on saying "Trust me, I am here to resolve your issue", but trust me no body is solving for a customer's problem. This is a nightmare. I have been promised that I will get call back on the resolution, but the Amazon Customer care executives never call back. I have to follow up always. They have been telling me that they are annotating on the ticket for their supervisors to know about the issue. But when I call again, the next agent tells me that there is no annotation as such except the ticket number. This is unacceptable. I am wasting my time to get a replacement of a product, which I am entitled to get, which is in warranty. What kind of service is this? What kind of warranty is this?
