Great Product
Love these paint markers. I previously bought a roller to cover identity on envelopes, but they don't work well on the glossy paper used for many postcard-type advertisements. These paint pens work great for redacting or covering anything. I even use them to mark dates on food in the freezer. These write on anything!

No odor redaction marker
Was very glad that the ink of this pen doesn't have a bad chemical odor like some other permanent markers do, which is a big plus if you have a lot of redacting to do. The downside is that this marker does not redact with one stroke of the pen. If you hold the paper up to the light after one stroke, you can still read what was redacted. It took 3 strokes of the redaction pen over each piece of information, in order to completely redact the information on paper. The ink dries fast after each stroke of the pen, so the redaction process does go pretty fast, but you may need to order an extra pen because of the repeated strokes.

Not good.
Sharpie works better. This does not work on any paper or surface I have used it on. Unfortunate. It does not cover anything. Not much better than a water color. I understand that on some surfaces it might not work. But the average paper document?1 Didn't work on prescriptions either. Not good.

Best Secure Marker
This is the best secure marker. Hides everything. Good value for the money because it lasts a long time. Blacks out everything. The ink is thick and may take a while to dry but once it does you can't see through it. But it doesn't take a while to dry on all paper. It's easy to use. I've used it on all kinds of paper. I think I'm on my 3rd one. I use it on labels that I can't shred.

Love love just love
I love these pins or I should say markers that actually do the job that is supposed to do I like the fact of the way that the operates and the way you have to use them The only thing that scares me is how long do they last I bought a three pack and I will continue to buy the pack more than the roller pins that they have which is the ink rollers those suck but the security black tape also sucks I found this to be more productive than any other thing so I would recommend this markers to anyone. ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE USING THIS AS A BLOCKAGE SO THAT THIEVES ROBBERS SCAMMERS CANNOT GET YOUR INFORMATION OFF YOUR PACKAGES OR YOUR MAIL OR YOUR PERSONAL IDENTITY I THINK THIS MARKET WORKS VERY WELL TO BLOCK OUT THESE THINGS THIS IS WHY I BOUGHT THEM SO THAT THIS WAY I COULD MARK OUT MY INFORMATION ON MAILING PACKAGING AND OTHER SOURCES THAT MAY HAVE MY NAME OR ANY OF MY INFORMATION ON THE ITEM OR PRODUCT I REALLY RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYBODY

Can see the print after using
Does not work well with all types of ink/paper. You may have to do the back of the page to get the secured look, other than that , you can see the information up to a light.

Unlike Others of This Type I've Used, This One Was Barely Mediocre
I've used this brand markers for redacting offensive or confidential material in documents for years and always had excellent results . . . until now. Because I was still using my previous marker, I did not unseal this one until that other one was dry---which, sadly, was beyond the return date and a big mistake. (I should say that it is best to leave these markers sealed until it's time for their use. They will last longer that way.)Unlike the other Airline Secure markers I've used, this one took probably ten or 15 times the time and effort to "charge" (i.e., infuse the tip with marking paint) than any of the others had required, and even then the ink production is minimal, requiring repeated strokes over the material to be redacted to be effective.Should I obtain any more of these through Amazon, I'll have to unseal and test the new marker right away, thus trading a somewhat longer use life for being able to return another semi-defective marker for free exchange. One would hope that in such a case, I would receive in return a marker that would score five stars, as the others I have used before this one would have scored. When these work properly, they are superb for obscuring material that is to be kept private but without the sort of soak-through to the other side of the page that regular markers produce. That's because, as the product's descriptive promotional language says, this uses paint, which remains on the surface of the paper without soaking in.But any aggregation of coal can contain a clinker. This particular marker is a clinker. Perhaps more clearly, any barrel of apples may contain a bad one.
