Not worth it
Worked for 9 months then died. If also caused Newpipe to crash when viewing lists of videos while this device was plugged in.

Performs as expected w/ Samsung- recommended so far!
Tested on Samsung Note 10+5G & Samsung Galaxy S10+ and both devices played audio and fast charged with no issues. No noticable hum or buzz when charging or not charging. Not sure if functionality can be app specific, but audio worked fine via spotify, overdrive, and stitcher. Tested both devices using AKG headphones included with s10+. Only own device for couple days so cannot speak to durability, but miniplug and female USB-C fit snugly.--> The headphone in-line functionality worked normally, SO YOU CAN Volume +/- or play/pause audio.--> I did not test phone call use (sorry).--> Male USB-C seems to be slightly longer than normal, which would be nice if you have phone in a case - BUT can also increase likelihood of moisture or "bumping" damage.

Gotten fiddle with it
Gotta fiddle with it to get it to both work and not blast the sounds from the charger through the care speaker. Does what it advertises though

I like it works well with my note10plus while listing to music and charging the same time so far works well I'll be update withing time no dislikes yet just not worry about the cable bending and not working with time bit will see
