Genes are determined by environment (terrain, diet, lifestyle).Contains important history, chapters on specific diseases. Material Medica chapter of the actual traditional cures used to effectively sustain & recover health. LeavE white "health care" to the whites.

Wow, Dr. was helping Martin Luther King & Corretta King back in the day, sports stars Rebound NBA careers this century, and still going strong with 300 plus events a year. And he's my age,(78) without my medical problems! Gotta listen to him about importance of minerals. Good read.

I totally respect and love Dr Daniels and Dr Joel's work. I was expecting more of a reference book none the less this book has great information, simple remedies for big problems like heat attacks, arthritis, diabetes etc. Definitely worth having.

My eyes were opened wide with this book and it is one that everyone should read, it gives you a lot of understanding as to how important minerals are in our diets and we just don't get enough or barely any at all.

Gave this book as a gift well received.

Very good information everything I have seen or read from this man is exceptional I don't think there's anybody alive with his knowledge
