This little scarf ring was beautifully packaged and is quite smooth and polished. I would trust it on my best scarves. It is heavy but not too heavy to fall off of scarf.It will fit most light to medium weight scarves - definitely not for knitted winter wool or cashmere scarves - and not for any but the thinnest tshirts.

Yes, it's small. I don't know why this seems to be surprising to people since the measurements are right there at the top of the page. It's perfect for smaller and thinner scarves. And it's lightweight, so it will hold the thinner scarf. Looks great.
