Great movie the wire foo and all the gun slow mo battles make this move a must see I hope one day they make a sequel.

The ideas behind this are amazing.

I love Jet Li - everything.

What is it about Jet Li that makes him so incredibly fun to watch? His movies are rarely well made, and yet his presence makes them not only watchable, but rewatchable.The fighting is, as always, terrific in a Jet Li movie but despite his 'serious' roles, you can tell he's having so much fun making them that he's fun to watch even when not fighting. If this movie didn't have Jet Li, it would probably be a 2 star... but it does, so it's a 5 star :p .

Cool movie. A martial arts movie with a science fiction aspect, or a science fiction movie with a martial arts aspect. Maybe it's a whole new genre; science martial arts fiction, or SMAF for an acronym. 😀Seriously though it was a lot of fun. Definitely worth watching.

Not sure why Jason Statham is listed under the Title, this is first and foremost a Jet Li movie, and Statham, while he is one of my favorite actors, plays a supporting role.Other than that, this movie is absolutely awesome. If you haven't seen it yet, what the hell, its been out for like 15 years.

I must say that this movie was a lot better than I expected it to be...although the plotline has similarities to "Sliders", "Matrix", "Romeo Must Die" and "Highlander".When there is more than 1 version of a character in a movie I normally think of Jean-Claude Van Damme. This was a nice surprise, Jet Li is such a great martial arts expert that it was amazing to watch the fight scenes...especially when he fights himself.Imagine that there is one version of everyone in each parallel universe. Here we find an elusive criminal (Li) jumping from one parallel univerise to the next looking to kill one person...himself. At the movie's start, Jet Li's bad-ass character has jumped to one particular universe where he has just killed the 2nd last version of himself. He is caught by 2 multiverse cops who have been hunting him for 2 years. He is set to be transfered to a penal colony when he escapes to the last parallel universe in an attempt to kill his last double. Since there are only 2 versions left of him, both versions are equally smarter, fast and strong. The only thing is no-one really knows what will happen if there is only 1 version of him left...

Although there are some logical flaws I liked the film.Action level very high.Seen as scifi-action - complete success.Jet Li with multiple characters to play for certain had his fun.And even the sidekick is well performed (Statham).They are action actors and no new Hamletian playgroup - and this is what they perform really well.The effects are mainly used for driving the story and not for being possible alone. Although the budget is not 100 million surplus it is done neatly.I would buy it anew!

Brilliant movie,Shame UK is such a RIP off for the blue ray version,its cheaper than Amazon elsewhere..

"The One" amazing concept, the characters and acting is good, all the different faces that was shown for Mr Li in his character, in there different earths, some was funny and some weird

To martial arts for me. At times great sets but story-line pretty crap. Weak story stretched out to make a movie. Sorry JasonAnd I collect this guy, just London and The Mrg to go for a complete collection.

This dvd is one I purchased as I am a fan of Jason Statham, who appears in this film, I found after watching that I am now also a fan of Jet Li. Excellent film with a very good plot running through it, twists and turns in the direction of the film make it thrilling viewing.
