Far better than 99% of the wireless products out there
Every wireless pack has its flaws. If you want true sound and immediate response, you're gonna need to use a cable. That's probably gonna be the truth for another decade at least.However, if you want less interference, great sound spectrum, and relatively unnoticeable lag, this is an amazing product for its price range. The 5.8Ghz spectrum isn't crowded (yet) so you shouldn't have to worry about cell phone disruption or wifi disruption. Those can be big issues with the 2.4 packs. I've also owned some VHF and UHF ones and they garble at the end of their transmission distance, which is embarrassing on stage but also crappy in general.With this pack, I was able to walk up two flights of stairs and still had crystal clear tone. I did notice the top end and bottom end of my bass tone were compressed...I lost the high-highs and low-lows. That's typical of wireless systems. I also took off one star for the tone thing and, because, when I put this on my pedal board, the receiver sticks out and can't be re-angled, meaning it's a matter of short time before I crack it with my foot.Overall this pack does the trick and does it very well. If you're not moving around a lot, if you play a single coil pickup, if you're a rhythm player with an overdrive...really, in 90% of the types of players that exist... this is very much worth giving a go. I think you'll be most pleased."

Excellent sound fidelity
I really liked this device, it works wonderfully and the sound is excellent. I like it much better because it transmits in 5.8 ghz, which significantly reduces possible interference from wifi and cellular networks. It is also good for its wireless connectivity which makes it more comfortable by not having to use cables. Another very important detail was the support that the seller gave me to better understand this device, excellent support.

Great product but non responsive email support from the company.
The Joyo JW-20 is very easy to use, lasts for hours on a charge, and sounds great. The negative side is the very short charging cable needs to be longer AND the company does not answer repeated emails. If they answered the emails to support, I would have given the JW-20 5 stars. I do recommend the product...

So damn great I bought a second pair!
This set is back-up to a set I bought over a year ago. They work great for me. Never had any problems in over a year of constant use. Highly recommended!
