Completely sucks...but that's a good thing in this case.
I literally put a full suitcase into a little over a quarter of the space. the biggest problem with these is the danger that you'll have too much room in your suitcase and go over weight on your luggage.The vacuum pump takes a while to fully compress, but it works well and is small enough to take with you.

Great for compacting bulky blankets and pillows in small places
Very neat product to use for extra bedding and pillows in the camper.Works great.I even ordered the xtra large size with this product.I did have one of the smaller bags that didn’t hold air. The others are all fine and holding for over 6 months now.

Great product
I love these things. I have bought 5 shipments of these to store a lot at my apartment. The only complaint I have is that I received a defected bag on this shipment and it’s too late for warranty. I didn’t use the bag ASAP so I lost out on a bag that cost me $5. My last order I hade one defected bag as well. It happens, but try and make sure your bags all work before it’s too late. I like to have multiple bags to keep in my home ready to store whatever I need when I need it. Besides that. It’s a wonderful product. It compacts everything nicely and is very easy to use.

Not good for storage for longer than a few weeks.
If I would have rated this right after first using I would have given five star ratings for every aspect of this product. However, after having it for a few weeks I'm really disappointed. Air has managed to seep back into ALL of the bags and I ABSOLUTELY made sure each one was sealed a dozen times! SO SAD! Had such high hopes but if you only need to have your belongings compressed for a short time then this is the product for you! If anyone has come across any of these bags that actually last for a long time please let me know if you wouldn't mind. Thanks!

reusable? not
purchased these to use when i/we travel, they worked great the first time but subsequent times, they collapse but when i open my luggage, they've re-inflated, very disappointed with this purchase.

Great for spaces problem solving!
Great for my comforters and bed sheets, especially my lovely wife likes to buy couple every few yrs. It just takes up spaces, and these are great for that. I recommend my inlaws as well.

Once I figured things out it didn't take me long to determine the versatility of this product. So I ordered several more of the jumbo size as well as several of the ones for storing coats.Great idea. Great products. I'm indebted for the convenience that came with this form of storage offers.
