Wanted a simple hour counter for my boat, so that I could monitor the engine hours. Feed the counter voltage in the prescribed range, and it ticks upwards. And I do mean tick; it sounds like a clock mechanism from a cheap electronic clock. However, it's reading accurately from what I can see, and that's all it needs to do. Given it'll only be running when the engine is running, you're unlikely to hear it.It's a sealed unit - either sonically welded, or glued together. No immediately obvious way to advance the counter in anything other than real time.

Excellent quality and can be flushed fitted

I have not used it yet as the project has stalled but I have tested it and all looks good.
