This is my first ever dashcam and I have to admit - I'm impressed. It's a great camera for the price and I honestly can't complain. I do have buzzing noise in my front cam (the back cam does not have this issue) so I'll have to look into it and see what's the issue. I definitely don't want to return it since I'd have to take the whole wiring off and that's just a pain. If the seller has any input on how to fix this buzzing noise, I'll edit and let you all know. But otherwise, I have zero regrets! And the add-a-fuse kit is a godsent kit. It made everything so much easier. But if you know nothing about electrical stuff, please research (search "Viofo a129 hardwiring installation" on YouTube and there is a guy that explains it all in detail on his toyota sedan). With the items included in this kit, you won't even need a multimeter to test out the fuses! Everything is included (except for a crimper...) But the rear camera installation is annoying since you have to run it through multiple trim pieces. I just wrapped the extra wires at the rear of my suv. Doesn't bother me at all.

I looked at a lot of dash cameras, for which there are a ton. But once I narrowed my search down to a system with dual cameras, good video quality, no extra features, good price, and it was an easy choice. You can spend a lot more for features you honestly don't need. All you really need is something that will record good quality video in the event of an incident on the road. Front and rear is a must.That's all you need. This works great. It's easy to install. The on-screen menu takes a little getting used to. But don't worry, you'll rarely need to mess with. And when you do I'm sure you'll have forgotten what the buttons do. You won't become a YouTube star with the video quality, but it's more than good enough for the intended purpose.I wish the power and status lights were brighter as I like to check to make sure it's running. During the day time, it's hard to see. I'd also avoid the bundled kit. I had lots of problems with the included hardwire kit where it randomly didn't want to turn on with the vehicle. Just get a basic hard wire kit that turns on/off with the vehicle. No need to risk draining your battery. What's important is you have yourself covered while you are driving. Let insurance take care of the rest.It's an easy recommend over far more expensive kits, and definitely over the cheap ones.

The A129 is probably the best value dual camera system out there right now. I have a few other Viofo cameras (A119S and A119 v2) but wanted this to have the dual camera setup. Picture quality to me is great and has decent night/low light capability. There's tons of videos showing this online if you want a specific look at camera capabilities.In regards to this specific bundle, the 3 wire accessory kit is a must if you want parking mode to work properly. It's pretty simple to install with the supplied fuse taps once you know which fuses to use on your vehicle. One line will go to accessory power, one directly to battery, and lastly one ground. Very easy overall, hardest part is running the two cables from the camera all the way to the fuse box (in my BMW, that's all the way in the trunk). The kit does have a voltage checker if you need it which could be useful.The two things that I'd recommend getting that this kit does not include is a CPL filter, they cut down dash and window glare and just clip onto the lens as well as a 128GB microSD card. I started with a 64GB but found it only recorded a couple days total with the dual cameras + parking mode.Overall it's been problem free for me, installed and running for about 2 months. Viofo app is a bit clunky but it's nice to be able to change settings and view clips from a phone.

Great dual camera and a must buy for any driver. The rear view camera is great because it gives more perspective on what's going on. If you use the hardwire kit make sure to connect it to the front camera and not the GPS mount. The power connection for the GPS mount isn't designed for the hardwire kit.The wifi is a nice feature, but is slow since the code files are so large.I would have given 5 stars but there were two issues with this package. I only received 3 unique fuse taps instead of the pictured 6. You need 2 fuse taps of the same type. Also, the fuses provided were 20amps which is way too big. You should be using 5amp fuses for these. I had to purchase these parts separately instead.

Love the camera setup. Front and rear facing cameras definitely add to the being able to prove something for insurance purposes.Now, the installation. I have a 2019 Ram 1500 Quad Cab Warlock. I didn’t have a fuse box under the dash anywhere. I pulled every panel to make sure. Nothing under the steering column. Luckily, I had a plastic blank to route through the firewall and under the hood to the fuse box. Once I had that drilled out, and with a little fishing, I was able to route the power cord up the drivers side “A” pillar and across to the rear view mirror area. I did cut a small notch in the fuse box seal to route the accessory power fuse tap but it’s on the fender side and can’t see it unless you’re looking for it.But all wires out of sight and I had no issues hardwiring it in. Mine came with the 3 wire cable. Works like a champ.

Bought for my father for fathers day. He was able to get it mostly installed by himself and this bundle means that it came with everything he needed to get a clean set it and forget it install. He and I feel much better knowing in the event of something happening it will be recorded. I have used VIOFO cameras before and the WIFI means that checking on things is just an app away, which was also very easy for him to pick up despite not being the most tech savvy. Also coming from BlackBoxMyCar was reassuring that parts were backed by a legit company and were chosen to work together.

very nice camera DVR, I've been using it for few months now and has been working well for me, the wifi connection is great since I don't have to remove it every time I need to watch something. Price is a little high compared to other DVR's but very well worth it.
