I didn’t know how bad everything had gotten until the same day I took this, and for the first time in a while, I actually felt good! I thought it was a fluke, but here I am two weeks later with almost no night sweats, an incredible mood, much more energy, and a big improvement in my sleep quality. That said, I’ve also began taking chamomile pills (I hate the taste of it, so I won’t drink the tea), so that might help a little.I’m going to subscribe so I don’t miss a dose.

Not to be dramatic, but Estroven Complete is a lifesaver. I’m 45 and in perimenopause with all of the fun symptoms that go along with it. I have been experiencing sleeplessness where I wake up every two to three hours, often covered in sweat and feeling like my body is on fire. My brain fog has been terrible, to the point where I finally called my doctor while ugly crying and she immediately had me going for labs to check my hormones and recommended this supplement to help. The box says it can take around 90 days for relief but I’ve been feeling increasingly better since the second day. I’m a month in and just ordered my second box and there has been a dramatic decrease in hot flashes at night and I haven’t woken up in a pool of sweat in a few weeks. I haven’t felt like I’ve had extreme brain fog like I was having previously, either. Sleeplessness is still a slight issue but I have more good nights than I had been, so I consider that a win. When my doctor reached out to see how I was doing, I told her that I felt so much better and that it might be the supplement working or it might be a placebo, but I don’t care because I was feeling so bad before. My symptoms are reduced so the point where I feel like myself again and that helps everyone in my family in the long run. I only have to take one pill a day and the blister pack has the days of the week printed for each pill so you can keep track, which makes it so easy to use. I’ve tried taking it in the morning and also at night and can’t really tell any difference in which works better for me. I did a bit of research on other supplements and also looked up the pricing for Estroven Complete at other retailers online and locally and Amazon had the best value for the money. I’ve now subscribed so I can have it delivered every month so I’m not without it even for a day. If you are in the same boat and looking for relief, I know that supplements work differently for everyone, but it’s worth trying and hopefully you’ll have the same results as me. Just make sure to give it time to work. Not everyone will have results so quickly so I’d definitely recommend giving it a full 90 days as long as you don’t experience any adverse effects. Why did you pick this product vs others?:It’s been a month since I purchased this product. The other menopause supplement I was using for a couple years just never seemed to help. I’ve been burning up since October 2022 in the worst way. I could never cool down and it was making me miserable and panicky. I decided to try this after reading the reviews. To start I’m still running very hot, but after three days on this I started to get chills once in a while. It was mind blowing. This hasn’t happened in years. Now after one full box, I’m getting chills on and off. Maybe it will get better as I go along with it. I’m hopeful. I’m still sleeping with two fans on me and the ac, but now keeping the ac at 69-70 rather than 63. I think that shows a little improvement. I hope this helps someone who’s on the fence of trying this. I forgot to mention, I also take prescribed Estradiol, and progesterone, which don’t help much.

This really does help curb the perimenopause symptoms (hot flashes, night sweats) but tends to not work as well after a few months. I also takes at least a month to start working well. Aging sucks, and I wish I could give zero stars for that.

I have tried several of the Estroven products and this one really helps. I can tell a big difference in MULTIPLE symptoms and energy. Great for someone trying to be natural going thru perimenopause.
