Complete Fraud
The media could not be loaded. The mattress was entirely different from what was advertised. It wasn't the slightest bit firm, there were threads coming out. It was uncomfortable, and we had to buy a new one for my elderly mother right away. It looked almost like it was put together haphazardly. I will be sharing images as well. When I tried returning the item within the return window, I wasn't able to due to not being able to transport the mattress to the shop. Overall, this purchase was really disappointing. I would tell you to steer away from this product and look elsewhere.
