I’m super happy with this product. I’m going to fly with Condor Airlines with my kitty in-cabin. I needed a small cage that can fit underneath the seat. It does exceed the exact measurements very slightly, but luckily the mesh cage is super flexible. It’s surprisingly sturdy and good quality. My female Siamese cat is 6 years old and around 10 pounds, and she fits perfectly. She can even move around. The sides do not collapse but are still flexible and spring back to it original position. The cage has a strap you can carry it with hands free over your chest and shoulder, as well as two straps that can be velcroed together so you can carry the cage. Additionally, there’s a little strap with a hook that can be tied to the collar of your pet so they can stay still. The bottom is sturdy and waterproof, with a removable piece. There’s a small opening that your animal can pop it’s head out. And lastly, the zippers are nice and there’s a little storage unit. Overall, I’m super satisfied with my purchase and it arrived quickly.

We bought this to take our cat to the vet for eye surgery. The only other travel carrier we had resembled a Build A bear box. Sir Bitch-A-Lot was not pleased he fit in the tote. Nor did he appreciate sitting in it, as we drove to the vet. The mesh allowed him to look out the car windows and hiss at passing vehicles. The shoulder strap was convenient for vet staff to carry him inside for hissurgery. The handles were helpful to hold him close when picking him up at the vet. He slept in the unzipped carrier until the anesthesia completely wore off. It is a strong tote. Perfect for vet visits.

I have a 14# cat who loves playing with this bag. I actually bought it for my small cat, only 7#. The large cat fits in it, but he has little to no room to turn around or move, beside standing up and lying down. The little cat can move and turn easily. The reason I couldn't give it five stars is that the bottom is too flexible. With the small cat it wasn't rigid enough, it bowed with her weight. The other, bigger reason that I am giving it four stars is that while we were driving down the interstate and hit a lot of stop go traffic in the middle of five lanes going our direction, she was able to nose the zipper open and start to leave the bag. She had been poking her head into the zipper for about an hour and a half before this happened since she hates being in the car. (We were in the middle of a move to a new state). It was really shocking since she was half out of it with the sedative the vet gave her. Fortunately, I was able to get her back into the bag and zip it before she got all the way out. From now on, I will secure the zipper closed with something before leaving the house, which for her is only once a year to the vet, so it's not that big of an issue.

I was worried my bunny would become claustrophobic in a regular carrier so I looked for one with open sides he could see out of. This carrier is well made, and sturdy. The bottom has a hard board keeping it from collapsing while my bunny is inside. There is slight cushioning on the board. My bunny weighs 7 1/2 lbs. to give idea of size, he fits great, laid down and relaxed quickly in it. I am glad I bought the larger size 19x13x10 it was the right size for him. I have not used it for air travel so can't give an opinion about that.

For our purpose: taking the cat to a quick trip to the vet, it was great. Our cats weigh around 12 lbs, and we can only carry one cat in each. They fit pretty snuggly, which in our case was good.Materials: The Zampa smells very strongly like plastic, the Bergan doesn't. In addition, the Bergan comes with a nice, removable fleece bed, while the Zampa comes with a plastic coated removable base that is slippery and not very pleasant to the touch (we solved this by putting a towel on top).Durability: Hard to say. They only see occasional use. My hunch is that the Bergan will be more durable.Convenience: They both fold compactly for storage. They both include a removable padded shoulder strap in addition to the carrying straps.Conclusion:If you think you'll use the carrier frequently or really dislike plastic smell, I would go with the Bergan. Otherwise, for half the price, this is a pretty decent option.

I ended up giving mine away and bought bigger hard plastic cages. I have 2 average cats and they barely fit. The sides kinds of fold in on itself and the cats look very confined. I couldn't imagine using these for flying. It would be okay for kittens or small cats. Another problem one of my cats doesn't like getting into cages so its impossible to get him into this thing and way easier getting into a plastic cage.

Need something to take kittens to there forever home and dint want to pay silly amounts of money because cat carriers are not cheap this was good value and big enough to carry two 10 week old kittens

We just received it in anticipation of a flight next week with our new kitten but this is the perfect specifications for our airplane and leaves plenty of room for our kitten and his blankets.Just a follow up to say that he was so secure during the flight and was able to see us the whole time and be petted and comforted outside of take off and landing. Really happy with this purchase!

Ce sac parait bien, mais n’est pas assez solide pour garder un animal confortable durant les transports en voiture : mon chaton bougeait et il se retrouvait sans dessus dessous, j’ai tenté d’attacher le sac et il se retrouvait écrasé au fond du sac. Je n’y avais pas pensé en achetant ce sac, mais si c’était à refaire, je prendrais un non maléable pour assurer le confort et sécurité de mon animal durant le trajet. Par contre, ce sac est beau, il est pratique avec quelques petites pochettes et un attache à l’intérieur et ne prend pas trop de place, il peut bien servir pour de courts déplacements.

The price was very good, 19.99. I bought 4. They were for transporting puppies. They were not flat on the top. They are dome shape.
