Yes they do. They actually have one more elastic strap than the SleepNumber sheets, which gets in the way of the mattress tubing. I snipped that extra band off with scissors and the sheets have been fitting and staying in place fabulously!

I bought two of these items...one didn't do so well but the other is fine. I don't know if I helped you but that is what I found.

I have not had any tearing issues at the split, however the elastic band that goes around the outer top at the head of the bed broke within a week. It’s not a necessity to have that piece but other than that, no tearing issues.
